Extremely courteous & efficient concierge staff especially Gregoris, well well set up & cleaned room 113. Excellent breakfast provided by very friendly staff

The fact that the swimming pool was a construction and we weren't informed. The rear car park was closed as it was under construction. The roof terrace was not open & had no tables, however the eating area on the roof was in use. As we had a balcony we would have expected it to have had chairs on it so it could be used...this was a shame.

Absolutely everything. The hotel itself is very special but what truly makes it is the staff. From the moment we stepped foot through the door we never stopped smiling. The gent at reception who's was amazing so welcoming and never without a smile. Love him and a true gem and credit to the hotel was our gorgeous lady round the pool area,Ellie. Again never without a smile , a drink , towels and lovely conversation always wanting and willing to help to make you stay more than comfortable. Was gutted to be leaving the place and the people there. Can't wait to return. Thank you to the whole team for making everything so special ❤ loads of love Gary &Rachel. See you all again soon xxx

location was good , close to bars & restaurants . Bus stop nearby for airport ( only 1.80 euro ). Breakfast was plentiful . Room was cleaned every day and bed was comfortable .

The pool had not been built despite being advertised when I booked in March ( see attached photo ) and doesn't look like being completed in the near future ! Air conditioning didn't work

Very stylish lounge and bar area on the ground floor. Our room was quiet, immaculately clean, well furnished and with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a great rooftop breakfast area with a good selection of the usual continental breakfast items. The hotel is really well located on a small square just one street back from the main shopping and restaurant strip through the old town (which has very limited vehicle access), and about 4 minutes walk to the bay.

Nothing really. The hotel exceeded our expectations at this price point.

We have just spent a week at the Dioni and have had a wonderful time. The staff were so helpful and friendly (Ellie, Lambrina, the kitchen staff, all of you, thank you!) The beds were super comfy and big. Nice big bath. One of the best things about the hotel is it's proximity to the old town centre, you are literally 20 metres away from all the beautiful Taverna's. The port is maybe 100m away. Local beach is a 10 min walk but it's worth taking a taxi to Monilithi beach as you have all the cool beach bars etc and is only 10 mins taxi ride (15 euros each way)

Wonderful location — close to the port, the beach and all the restaurants. Employees at the reception and the pool were so welcoming and friendly. Elli in particular provided a 5 star service. The breakfast was good, too. And the pool was lovely and bigger than the photos do justice.

It would be great if the pool was open until 9pm (there’s no need for pool service after 6pm), it would be nice to enjoy the last of the evening sun. P.S. This isn’t anything to do with the hotel, but the public transport in Preveza is not the best, sadly.

The staff was exceptionally and in a very honest way friendly. The outdoor pool has an extraordinary architecture and is very appealing for Instagram pictures through the transparent glas wall. Next time we will bring our daughters mermaid fin for some pictures. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport but still 1 minute away from the waterfront and the traditional Greek tavernas in the famous little alleys of Preveza. We enjoyed the breakfast at the roof garden with a view over the rooftops of this little city.

We would recommend a slight more vegan option for the breakfast. Maybe some almond milk and some of these very tasty pastes of greek kitchen. But still better vegan and vegetarian options than anywhere else we have been so far in Greece.

Nice hotel in a good central location , convenient for all the local restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful.

Some of the rooms had very poor views . Although the hotel is rated as a 4star I think it’s really a 3star . The breakfast everyday lacked any real choice and a week was long enough with out any English tea ( stocks were not replaced.)

We loved everything! Brilliant location, lovely decor, comfortable, large and interestingly designed lobby and very friendly staff. Wine was a reasonable price. The pool area was always clean and tidy and a quiet place to relax, read and chill out. Loungers were super comfortable. Pool is not a swimming pool for lengths but would be great for cooling down. We were there in October so not warm enough for me but husband had a couple of dips. A gentleman was by the pool and would give pool towels. Breakfast was lovely and with the roof top view what more could you want? Hotel is just off the Main Street and not affected from noise in the main restaurant areas but still right there. Thank you Dioni for a wonderful stay.

Nothing but next time will book a room with a balcony.

Nice renovated hotel in the center of town Preveza. Restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, especially young lady from reception. Hotel has a nice terrace with beautiful view of the town. Pool in backyard.

Air-condition didn't work properly I think. Despite receptionist said it's set up for 23°C, it was too hot in the room (I can compare with another accomodation where we stayed after and when I set up 23, it was more comfortable than in the hotel). Breakfast good but nothing special, every day same but better than wasting food. Pool needs better care. There were some leaves and hairs floating in it. There is some man sitting by the pool whole day doing nothing. Rubbish around the pool under sunbeds. However, overall it was pleasure to stay here.
