Preveza City Comfort Hotel

Loved the really big room, the excellent location (just next to all the great restaurants), the staff, the minimal decoration. Really value for money!

The property is very centrally located and their parking was full. We had to search for 30 mins for free parking in the streets (on a busy Friday night though) and we ended up parking very far. It would be good if they offered a parking option. Regarding the room, the aircondition was bringing smelly air inside the room so we had to close it (probably the filter needs cleaning). Lastly the beds were really short in height - not comfortable with the tv height and with sleeping.

The property was in an easy to find location; right in the heart of things and close to the places we wanted to go. Bus stops, if required, are just outside. Our room was spacious with with a city and sea view. We had been upgraded which was unexpected but we were appreciative of it. The room was nicely furnished; good lighting; good bathroom; comfortable bed on the softer side. We had a large corner balcony. We chose to take breakfast and were happy with both quality and variety offered. The staff we met were all efficient and friendly - sorry we only know the name of one of the guys on reception, Gregoris.

Just a comment, not a dealbreaker fir us - our room (which I presume is the same for others) only had hanging space. There were no drawers/shelves so we had to keep a lot of things in our luggage. A little bit inconvenient.

We picked this hotel as it had a 24 hour check in and our flight didn't land until 10pm. The hotel was was on a main street but we were away from the road so didn't hear any noise. The desk staff was able to give us directions where we could get some food which was very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice but no decaffeinated coffee (I can not handle caffeine) but thankfully I had taken my own. After breakfast a different member of staff was very helpful in organising a hire car for us.

I would like it if more places provided decaff coffee

The location was really close to the center, just 2 minutes from the sea. The rooms were very well soundproofed. It was spatious and comfortable Breakfast was good as well. The rooms were comfortable, even though some of us didn't have very comfortable mattresses (we had 3 rooms and two of us didn't sleep very well)

The bathroom shower head was not cleaned and had some mold. In one of the rooms there were ants due to some cherry seeds that weren't removed apparently from some time.

The staff were absolutely incredible. They were polite, and supportive and offered excellent customer service. The receptionist knew the area well and suggested several places for us to visit to enhance our stay in the city. Upon our arrival, our room was upgraded free of charge and was ready well ahead of time. We were impressed by the size, comfort and cleanliness of our room which was also reflected across the hotel. There were parking spaces available right outside of the hotel and the hotel is ideally located for viewing the city, with tavernas and the seafront no more than a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel itslef.

The breakfast was slightly limiting.

The location was amazing, bus stops right outside the hotel that take you ti the airport and other cities. The room was very big, clean and new! we can not recommended more. Breakfast was amazing, vey complete and fresh! the staff was awesome, Greg has been the best, he has been really helpful and super friendly with us giving us recommendations and explaining everything very good to us! massive shoutout to him ! We will definitely be back!

Both men on reception were very nice and had great English. We had a room on the 4th floor and could see the sea and the marina in the distance from the very wide balcony considering it was a town hotel. Breakfast was very good also. Bedroom for 2 adults and two children was spacious and bathroom was fabulous!

Only thing I could fault was the bed wasn’t Uber comfy but pillows were lovely. Lift was a bit lurchy. Small things though for a one-night stay

The location is perfect as it is close to the sea, restaurants and beaches. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they would not hesitate to go the extra mile to help us during our stay. The connection to the airport is not bad as there is a bus stop just across the hotel.

The walls are not really sound proof as we could hear people talking in the hallway at night or early morning.

Walking distance to the city center. Nice decorated rooms. Comfy beds. Updated facilities.

Limited choices of food in the breakfast. Descent quality of food. No Parking. Staff not very friendly. No privacy because you can hear the voices from the other rooms of the hotel. No sound proof.

We had 2 spacious rooms with balconies. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was great with easy access to lovely bars/restaurants. A fantastic start to our holiday. Only stayed one night due to an evening flight arrival and would definitely stay again if flying into Preveza. Buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice.
