Best hotel gym I could find for this price range, and facilities were in good shape. Room was clean, convenient fridge, and a desk that overlooked the view. Great location. Restaurant was so-so but very convenient. Overall a good deal for budget business travel.

Reception is confusing to find on the second floor. a bidet would have been nice. Nothing really to complain about

The room is clean and spacious. It’s complete with toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, tissues, slippers), has tv, refrigerator, mugs, electric kettle, and a safe. The window has enough sunlight. They clean the room and change the towels everyday. The staff are accommodating. The lobby always smells fragrant. The place is very easy to find. You just need to ride the A11 bus from the airport, and get down at tonnochy road. The place is near the wet market and there are many food choices around the area.

Wonderfully convenient location with many options for public transport. The staff - be it cleaners or receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Despite its location in a busy district, the rooms were wonderfully quiet and provides the much needed silence in the midst of the noise outside.

Cheaper rates are only applicable for long stays (minimum of a week). This means that when we had to extend our stay by a few days, we did not enjoy the discounted rates for the extra one or two nights.

I had an upgrade to the business room as part of the long stay package. I think it is 19m2. Fab view, large desk space, reasonably quiet, comfy bed, good shower, enough closet space. Bus outside the hotel took me straight to Sheung Wan. Easy walk to either Times Square or Johnson Rd.

I had to draw the curtains to work otherwise the laptop got too hot! The carpets were not very clean in the hall way. I didn't like stepping out of the hotel on to Wanchai Rd. Too busy.

Cleaning staff courteous and efficient; breakfast was excellent and provided a nice variety of both Asian and Western fare. Rooms are comfortable. The fitness center had all the equipment needed for a good sweat.

Only provided water in rooms upon arrival. Daily replenishment would have been nice.

The twin bed was big and the staffs were very helpful, especially Henry who went above and beyond to assist my stay.

it didn’t have all the basic facilities like a iron and a mini bar.

It was located in a good central spot. Walking distance to most areas. Transportation access was also very easy.

Waiting area very small. Should think of using some of the coffee shop area.

Love the interior and vibe. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

The lift didn't work for few days so we only use service lift which took us long to go up and down to our room.

I really liked the location and the general feel of the old establishment. I also like the attitude of the staff, they were always very helpful. The room was quiet exactly as I wanted.

Wifi could work better, but that seems to be a problem for most places in Hong Kong. Some equipment (esp. carpet) in the room could be changed.
