Budapest Airport Hotel Stáció Wellness & Konferencia

The staff was very helpful and kind, they went above and beyond when we had specific requests. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The food was highly valued and tasty although a bit too salty for my own taste. The goulash was great. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. They even provided us with a cardboard box to use for our cats!

Sadly we didn't get to stay for long so we didn't get to try out the spa and other facilities. The room cleaning missed some stuff that was under the fridge, our cats fished it out of there. It could also be nice to have a light on the ceiling so that the whole room is lighted.

We loved everything about it. We picked this hotel because my daughter wanted a hotel with a pool. We were pleasantly surprised at the size and the access to the pool AND it included a spa area. Needless to say we were delighted. My daughter especially enjoyed the ice pool. The best surprise was the garden absolutely spectacular, very relaxing to walk through. We also had dinner at the hotel and was again surprise at the portion size and how delicious it was at a great price. Unfortunately our flight was very early and we couldnt enjoy the breakfast but I'm sure it would have also scored top points. The staff was very friendly. We are hoping to go back to Hungary soin with the whole family, I've already told my husband we will stay at this hotel once again hopefully for more than one night.

The staff on the hotel reception was very friendly and cooperative. The food was very good. The service in the restaurant also was very good.

The treatment by the girl in the reception at the SPA and Wellness Center. I have booked massage for 30min, but unfortunately I have delay by 15 min and I have appologize for that and I have asked can we do it instead of 30min for 15 min massage. The reply was - I have already send the Invoice to the Hotel reception for paying. Why? I have the rights to use my time even its for 10 or 15 minutes!

Perfect stop if you have a flight to catch the morning after. Transfer is by taxi and included in the hotel fee. Great service, there is a restaurant with buffet option open until 22:30. Included in the price is also the use of the wellness and pool area, a nice plus. Great option for early bird, cold breakfast starts at 4am!!!

The only thing I didn't personaly liked was the room itself. It looked too dark and old, expecially the bathroom accessories. But overall everythingelse for excellent!

It was excellent, the staff at night on the desk was lovely and so helpful and understanding of delays. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and buffet was excellent. Taxi/bus to/from hotel for no extra cost is a brilliant touch for tired travellers. Rooms are big and well appointed, with a mini fridge, shower over bath and a nice view of the gardens. No extra cost for cots and kids beds is another lovely touch. Would love to have tried the bar and stayed a bit longer to visit the other facilities.

It is a secluded location near (10 min) to the Airport. It is quiet and very relaxing place to be. Many of the staff speak English and the amenities are exceptional. In the price is included the access to the wellness center, breakfast and the trip to the airport. Breakfast had a nice variety and options for all tastes.

The heating in the room didn't work, so we had to shower at 21 degree celsius instead of 24 as we usually have. 95% of the TV channels were in Hungarian, which for a non speaking is impossible to understand.

Best location when traveling from that airport, good breakfast and a wonderful interior garden. My kids loved the pond that kept them occupied the entire time. Nice hotel rooms, quiet.

The restaurant offers kids standard food (chips & nuggets) but I would have appreciated a little more flexibility on that. Although the chicken breast was on their menu in a caesar salad for example, I could not order it separatly as simple chicken breast grilled for the kids that in general are not fond of nuggets. So not much of a choice there. But other than that, the food is delicious. Please take into consideration to add that simple grill in the menu for children, in the future. We'd like to come back.

Close to the airport, great breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities. They paid for a taxi to the hotel for my late arrival and drove me to the airport for my return.

I didn't realise until a few days before my trip that I would need to take a taxi to the hotel (probably because it was late); I booked it originally because I was looking for an airport hotel with shuttle for safety. All went well though, and the drive is only 5 minutes from the airport.

It was our second visit - we found the staff (check in, restaurant, bar) to be very helpful. The room was well appointed and quiet. Proximity to airport was excellent.

The only downside, I was assured parking was free (and it was the first evening of our stay). The second time we stayed they charged for parking. Note: we kept the car because we read on trip advisor that their airport transportation was unreliable.

Single room, but plenty of space! Room was cool, but didn't notice any air conditioning unit! Considering it was 32 outside! Nice court yard and it seemed to have great leisure facilities. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly and polite. Food was ok.

Check in staff! Everything just seemed like to much trouble! Body language was not good. Didn't seem to interested in answering any of my question, that she should of pre - told me! First disappointed check in i've experienced for a few years! Makes you feel uncomfortable! I thought she was just having a bad day! But same approach the next morning when i checked out early with here colleague! He basically said you can go now we have finished! Not thank you and have a good day or hope you had a good stay!!! Lucky to get an 8 but other staff were marvellous
