Radisson Bhopal

It was a convenient location for me because I was visiting relatives nearby. Facilities and services were of Radisson standard that you expect. All amenities were provided. Good mix of Indian and Continental options at breakfast. Room size was big and comfortable. The staff was friendly and listened to all the requests.

Probably not the best location of Bhopal if visiting as a tourist. I was reminded 3 times to post a feedback, twice at the hotel during check out and once by call (just a few hours after i checked out). If the staff has ample time to chase guests by calling them after check-out, clearly the hotel is overstaffed with inefficient employees (probably quite common in India where unskilled labour is much cheaper than in the west). Anyways, it did ruin my experience which was otherwise very positive during the stay.

Our 2 days stay at hotel Radisson Bhopal was awesome. The ambience, the food and the cleanliness was at par and we would like to especially provide a token of appreciation for Ms Bhawna Rai. She never missed an opportunity to make us feel comfortable during our stay and always ensured that we do not face any discomfort during our stay. She was totally professional and handled each and every situation quite calmly during our check in to the hotel. We would also like to thank the housekeeping guy Mr. Divyansh Thapa as he did his best to keep the room clean and hygenic. At last I would to thank Mr. Harish who ensured that our check out was smooth and hassle free. All in all a pleasant stay at Radisson Bhopal and highly recommended one. See you next time..

the hotel was a very positive experience: The rooms are super clean, especially the bathrooms. The space is generous. The food is very tasty, fresh and of high quality. The service is great, you get served immediately. The hotel is also flexible, as I had both, early check-in and late check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The environment of the hotel is very dirty. Coffee could be better.

BF was good. Courtesy of staff at restaurant was good, Room was good. However there was leakage of rain water from the window glass. room allotted to me was specious and there was no sound from the other room which is good for a good sleep.

One lady at the reception at the time of checking. Though the lady was dedicatedly doing her job, it took long time for me to chek in. Evening time - There was group of managers standing in the lobby and I was going around and looking for something,. No body even bothered to ask me for my requirement. I do not know whether this team is for different purpose. But I am sure that those were hotel staff,

i would have not even taken out time to rate this property fyi But I’m just doing it for saher because she is a sweetheart who is the one Who only cares about reputation of Radisson bhopal what i noticed and Mr.Tridep too I was not at all happy with the property or the hospitality but just because of saher i was happy when i left the property just one suggestion if you are going for this property just ask for saher at the reception you will have the best stay then no other can help she managed to impress me and made me love the hotel and tried to solve the issues i was having i extended the stay because of saher if saher was not there I wouldn’t have stayed a second in this property.

The facilities are good. The reception team of Prakash and Shivangi were very helpful. We had a small b'day celebration for my son and the team extended all possible support. Thank you guyz..I would also like to mention the dining team of Satyajit, Arojit who helped us with a fantastic dinner experience. Also special mention for Rahul (bartender) who served us with one of the best mocktails that we had for a long time. Thank you guyz..you all are doing a great job. I would surely recomend a stay or dine in experience while in Bhopal.

We requested for parallel rooms as our parents were with us. We finally got on the same floor at least. The check-in experience could have been a bit more swift. Overall it was a nice experience.

We loved the stay there along with the staff and food (Dinner+included breakfast). Would have loved Breakfast included while doing booking via Booking.com But we came to know later that it wasn't while checking and we were asked to pay for the Breakfast separately. Other than that everything was perfect. Would like to thank the staff at Cafeteria who were really cooperative and taking usual feedback from us regarding the facilities and food taste. Very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The room service was also quick and helpful. Vaibhavi & Vaishnavi from the front desk took extra steps to make our stay memorable and pleasant.

The area of the swimming pool is not developed properly. It doesn’t feel very inviting to be honest. Very least amount of effort is being made in the Swimming Pool area.

I had a wonderful stay. Extremely Comfortable and Delightful. Arrangements took care of smallest needs of the Traveler (was impressed by sewing kit) Not for seconds miss my homely comforts.

What I missed was a Watch as to check time I relied on my wrist watch or mobile. With a regular habit of looking at watch this is what I feel can add even more fine details

Everything - the people, hospitality, laid back and calm environment, spacious common areas and room. Fantastic breakfast - everything was just perfect and we felt totally at home here. Will be staying here every year we visit Bhopal

Swimming pool could be heated as it was freezing cold.
