Breakfast was delicious and many options were there to cater to both vegetarian as well as others. However, there was some problem with the communication as we booked fourth room inclusive of breakfast and they were not having proper record / communication from your end. I have to spend some quality time to pursue the matter to bring the pleasant end.

I booked first three rooms and later on added one more room. Out of first three rooms, two rooms were of superior quality and one was basic double bed room. The fourth room booked was also basic double bed room but with breakfast. However, the Hotel Ginger provided me all the four room of basic double bed and there was no any difference between the four rooms. As a customer, I do not have any tool to know the difference. However, Hotel Ginger; as a prestigious Tata Group company should not have done this towards their customer. This leaves a lasting impression of not so good nature.

Found the location to be good. Like the location. Quiet and well maintained. Very helpful and polite staff. Had a problem with billing and they cleared it up with minimal fuss. I watched them handling a group of people who had brought food from outside into the restaurant and wanted plates to have it there. They were politely told that outside food was not permitted in the restaurant. However, they could have it in their room and the floor manager made arrangements for the food to be served on proper plates in their room. What impressed me is the quiet way it was handled in a way that did not break rules but at the same time it did not spoil the mood of the guests.

Would have liked to have a change in menu, especially breakfast menu. When one is staying there for more than three days, the b'fast menu starts getting boring.

Location is great. Its a renowned hotel chain as it belongs to tata. Its more of a budget stay with required amount of luxury. Breakfast is good . Rooms are clean and as expected.

Well as i said its more of a budget business hotel than a luxury hotel so i would say the rooms are little small in size and its old too. The plug points are available only one side of the bed which is disappointing . Rest other things are superb and up to the mark.

the property is centrally located and is only a 15 minute drive from the airport . the rooms were clean even though small and the bathroom were well equipped. Dental kit is at a price . Ironing stations at every floor with a water filter is very smart solution .

the staff are not polite and don’t have a smile on their face . They don’t understand the problem in hand and communication is slow

Departed early and so didn't take breakfast. Sh.Niroj Mohanty and Sh. Ranjan Nayak were very helpful.

1. Bed linens were not upto mark. 2. Staff were not helpful, reached at around 11.00pm and asked if we could get the home cooked food heated because there was no room service but didnt get any cooperation. My suggestion is atleast a microwave oven should be there in the room.

Located in an apt place.. Ease access of public transports like city Bus, Taxi and Auto.. Several restaurants located near By. Great service. Cooperative Hotel Staff. Morning break fast and room services are good. Tea makers in room. Running Hot water.

Need Sugar Free in Tea maker. Foods are little expensive.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Overall location is good

Poor housekeeping. Had to ask for towels. Hand towels not provided. Just a few sachets of milk etc, inadequate for two. Shoddy wood work with laminates peeling off. Expected more from a tata group co. Monotonous food. Nothing without masala.

Breakfast was great! Location is fantastic. There was a huge Odisha Government exhibition right next lane. We had to leave early in the morning, so they packed Breakfast before 5AM! Very cordial, smiling and helpful staff.

Room was super clean. The staff of our floor (Sukanta Panda) was available throughout and catered to our request promptly. I liked the breakfast menu. Internet was also decent as I worked online throughout the day. The gym also had a good number of equipments. The location is also closed to a lot of eateries. Overall positive stay.

Check in time is very unfriendly- 2pm. With all flights coming in the morning the guest has to wait wait and wait. There is no temporay Guest room to fresh up. Only a common washroom near the restaurant. The hotel needs to improve on this issue.
