Hotel Pushpak

The hotel is a family run hotel and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, The room we had was spacious, clean, and quiet. Overall we were happy to stay there. They kept our luggage in a secure space for a few days whilst we took buses and trains to get to the Odisha tribal areas.

The breakfast buffet, although quite generous, is more suited for a local clientele than for international tourists.

Excellent location. Value for money. Clean and hygienic stay and food. Cooperative and we'll trained staff. Lovely stay.

Window AC may be replaced by split one. Restaurant should have been provision for single person menu choice. Rubber slippers and proper cotton doormat near bathroom may be provided. Complementary tea and coffee may be provided by kitchen if demanded. Moisturizer or hair oil may be added to bathroom supply. Proper communication to customers about provision of bar and other food facilities may be emphasized and discussed at arrival. Godrej locker may be provided in room.

Well located for the old city and temple area, the hotel is pretty smart internally and the rooms are very pleasant with good beds & showers. Staff were very helpful, front desk & housekeeping. WiFi worked really well. The restaurant is good and the on site bar was a pleasant environment (unlike some bars!)

It would be good if the TV gave access to streaming services. And more tea bags are needed!

Bed is very comfortable, food is great, staff is kind and helpful, room was very clean and the location is great - quite close to ariport, on a safe street.

I couldn't make the shower itself work, only the tap. The rest was amazing.

The hotel was safe, conveniently located, and the deluxe room was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The inhouse restaurant and bar were good and the complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. What's more, the staff were polite and accommodating.

Window AC was old and it was a little tricky getting (and sustaining) the perfect temperature.

My mom fell sick on the trip and we requested staff to cook something light which was not on the menu and they did exactly the way we requested them to cook. I would definitely recommend this place for family.

The mattresses were slightly hard, rest everything was fine.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Vistara airlines forgot our bag in Delhi. One of the staff members helped us a lot by going with me to buy a kurta pajama for the night convincing shopkeepers to sell us at their closing time. Everyone smiles and treated us really well. They gave us a good room but the lights didn't work so they had to move us to a new room which wasn't as clean. However, housekeeping promptly came to clean it. Bedsheets were clean and the food at their restaurant was really tasty. We tried kofta and sweet lassi and they were really good and flavourful. Overall a pleasant stay

The alternative room we got was not very clean initially. The tv remote's volume button didn't work. Fan was positioned under the light so the light flickering bothered the eyes. The carpet / rug was very dirty.

Breakfast was decent with limited options. the tea was the best. service was good, but scope for adding to the menu some more options.

The setting and ambience is good but the furniture needs a revamp . as its very old looking sofas which looked used way beyond the life . Upkeep needed

The location of the hotel is very good in the city center. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast spread was also very nice. Was a memorable and comfortable stay. Would definitely choose Pushpak for my next visit.

Everything was good. Didn't try the food much apart from the breakfast.
