Reception staff check inn and location everything was good .

The surprised me was. There was no hand towels in washroom I think they forget or what I have no idea

Location is good. Staff was good. Well taken care of. We were helped with light meal though not a part of menu in dead of night when we requested the same due to a medical condition and the staff obliged happily.

The hotel needs to work on its Laundry. The person knocks on your door in the morning to ask for Laundry which creates unnecessary hassles.

The facilities are splendid and worth the price. I stayed just one night but liked the overall ambience. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The service was good as well. There are several good restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner.

The hallway seems a bit old and has a musty smell. The hotel charges have to be paid upfront instead of checkout. International cards do not work.

Staffs were very warm and cordial. The room service was excellent.

The breakfast menu was almost similar on all the days. The packed breakfast was a complete let down. The sandwich was very bland. Hope they look into it.

The breakfast place / hall does not have a great ambience. Felt banquety & office like. The service station pans also seemed banquety. We sat by the table above the lobby porch with the view outside...but what you really see is a bare, cementy porch....would have been nice to see some greens etc or other ways to cover up.

For a transit / business hotel, Park Plaza was perfect. It was absolutely clean. We ordered dinner through in-room dining - the food quality was really good. All COVID related safety protocols were being followed. The staff was quick and efficient. The linen was clean and the toilets had all amenities (which is now becoming a rarity in many business hotels). Would rate it as one of the best hotels on Zirakpur highway (having earlier stayed in similar properties adjacent to park plaza).

The hotel is good, It's about 30 minutes drive from Chandigarh Airport. The hotel staff is very familiar and helpful. especially at the dining area.

Electricity fluctuation was there, wifi was not good. I was not able to reduce temperatures of A/C, the way Hotel is printing bills is pathetic. while checking out I have noticed that other customers also have a similar issue.

1. Staff was very courteous, helpful and responsive. 2. Breakfast was very delicious and there were good amount of cuisine options available to pick from. 3. Duty manager called to check for comfort and any assistance we may need. Overall 5 Stars.

Nothing is bad. Loved it !

The positive attitude of all the interacting staff members and their hospitality. Smiling faces and welcoming attitude. Excellent cuisine and well planned menus.

Empty minibar, no ironing board. Inadequate lighting. Room tariff was on the higher side for the room size and the facilities available.

Good hotel with all the amenities. Breakfast spread very nice. Staff cooperative. They served me the buffet breakfast in our room on request

Location not good! There's lot of congestion and potholes in the road around the hotel approach road.
