Ramada Plaza By Wyndham, Chandigarh Zirakpur

The ambience, the restaurant staff, the brekky in the morning as well as the overall room space, size , speed of service were amazing.

Front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired in saying it is a 4 star hotel and one that Wyndham properties describes it as a plaza. I asked for conceirge to organise a courier and being a 4 star property couldn't even figure that out where as being a regular traveller you expect concierge services when visiting and staying at properties like these. One of the rooms we had did had a wet carpet outside and there was some sort of water leak near the wc. One of the beds in room 3336 literally had some sort of downward bulge as if it were bent or something and should be looked at as that's not the kind of things you expect when coming to a property like this.

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel & it just did not disappoint me & my husband! Very calm & felt home like.. stayed for a break of 2days & everything went well. Special mention must be made about Mr Vivek Kapoor , the main reason behind selecting this hotel again. His warmth, politeness, courtesy & a pleasant personality is all that a relationship manager should have & that's what draws customers back again! He is a great guy! Another not to miss reason was the very Good Food & the prompt service by manager of the dining area. In-room food delivery was pretty fast , however the hotel needs lot of improvement & upgradation of the Swimming pool area. Need a cafe at the same place to have some feel-good factor & not some abundant terrace. Overall a good stay!

The main wing rooms are a shorter walk from the reception/lobby as compared to the new wing rooms (that I stayed in during the previous two stays) and hence a more convenient stay option. The rooms are clean, quiet and sufficiently spacious. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant is average in terms of food but the staff is polite and courteous. In fact, all of the kitchen, housekeeping and room service staff are very polite and helpful.

The front desk staff are not as helpful or polite as the rest of the hotel staff. Training/hiring standards can certainly be improved there considering that this is a Ramada and hence, technically, a 4/5 star property. The shower section in the bathrooms is not well cordoned off and water leaks onto the entire bathroom floor. The lighting in the room is a bit dim. Requires more/brighter light fixtures.

Good interiors and very good ambiance. The rooms, passages and restaurant ambience are top class. The dinner and breakfast spread are very good. The food tasted very good and portion quantities are appropriate. The staff including front office are very courteous and helpful.

My room no 5521..The motorized curtain is out of track and needs rectification. The washroom in the room is lousy design. If you are taking shower then water spreads up to WC and water accumulates on the entire floor. The water jet of WC has low water pressure. The toiletries provided are inadequate for a 3 member family.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room service was really good - every request that we made, was addressed to our satisfaction. A special note to the restaurant team - great food and on top of that whenever we asked them for specific customizations, they did it without any fuss. They truly went over and above to make us comfortable.

Everything was really good - nothing to complain about. If there is one thing that they could do better is to increase the coverage of TV channels - had the world badminton finals on the same day and had to rely on Hotstar streaming :-)

Comfortable and clean airport hotel and good value for the money. Did us a packed meal for an early flight.

25 minutes to get to airport as entrance of airport has changed. Staff were efficient but almost process driven. Next customer was called before I had a chance to ask my questions on checkin. Airport shuttle was extortionate.

I am unhappy about the reception staff ,they are highly irresponsible, during the time of check-in they took my card for formalities and then didn't returned me back ,the next day after checkout ,when I asked them about my Aadhar card , after informing them point to point details during the process, hotel staff still didn't focused on it and didn't revert me back also ,(highly disappointed with the receptionist staffs),how can someone be so irresponsible ,that they actually loose there guests important documents !

Great property, very neat and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. they have escorted us to the rooms and explained everything about the facilities. Room services was great and menu had varieties of items both Indian and continental. reasonable price as compared to other 5 stars hotels. yummy food with 15% discount breakfast food was really good and team was very responsive

AC was too old. mother else other than that.

The room is equipped with all the facilities as mentioned on the site. It was extremely comfortable, clean, quite and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a lot of variety. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall my stay was extremely comfortable.

Nothing at all

We stayed here for one night and it was so comfortable. The rooms are spacious and has ample amount of sunlight. The staffs are well behaved and polite. The property is elegant and its interiors are amazing. The location is also veey good, just on the road. Must sqy their breakfast spread is exceptional.
