Hotel was clean, accessible and staff were friendly. Even though we were a little early, the hotel accommodated our request for early check-in (which was great with senior citizens)

the cost of room service and restaurant was extremely extravagant. Just because there are more stars attached to your hotel does not mean you can charge exorbitant rates. For example, a cup of tea and coffee was 800 rupees. the fact was that it was not even great tasting and was sent 40 minutes after ordering. I understand hotels tend to charge more, but the management needs to be reasonable. I will definitely find an alternative hotel if possible.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay, good facilities, bathroom's are clean and well maintained, facilities are okay, Value for money Hotel, partially it feels premium as well.

The breakfast was not at all good and not a value for money thing. Number of choices are limited. For this Price in some other hotels the choices are more and food is filling and better as well. I went for a paid breakfast and I regret paying so much for a normal break fast. I could have spent 1/10th and had from Arya bhavan or any near by veg restaurant

I have stayed at this property in the past also. The service is just excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and their pillows are pure magic. I should say I have never had such a comfortable sleep anywhere else. The front desk was managed by Kiran , If I remember his name right. He was extremely courteous. He booked a taxi for me in the morning at 3 am or so for my trip to the railway station. This property always exceeded our expectations.

Quick retrieval of a returning guest details during check in is something that can be considered. Rest everything is just fine.

Location of the property is good. Our request for an early check-in was met. Totally appreciate that.Buffet Breakfast was good but can be better. Staff were friendly. Dinner that we had ala a carte was delicious.

Our room was upgraded but was totally disappointed with the view the room had. The window was dirty from outside and it faced the wall and there was a beehive outside right in the middle of the window..Had to keep the curtains drawn close throughout our stay. We were too tired from our travel to ask for change of room. Quality of Bed linen could be better.The sheets and pillow cases felt rough. The Duvet was too thin.Some of the accent lights were not working.

My family of 4 (2+2) stayed in Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, RaceCourse, Coimbatore from 19th Jan – 23rd Jan 2023 . The 1st impression of our Hotel Driver Mr.Shiva during Airport Pick Up & Drop Off with amazing. He is our 1st point of contact once we have landed in Coimbatore Airport. Transportation 1. Mr.Shiva (our Hotel Driver) gives a warm & safe vibe to our family as 1st point of contact. We feel safe & well taken care by Mr.Shiva. He is incredibly punctual & keeps his mask-on all the time except during meals. 2. Mr.Shiva driver carefully, pay attention to the road & doesn’t honk unnecessarily. 3. He gives lotsa suggestions only UPON request which is rare to find nowadays. 4. He also recommends us to get kitchen staffs to pack sandwiches & fruits for our early 4am journey to Palani Murugan temple. It was so sweet of him to think about our kid’s food. 5. Mr.Shiva drove us to PAlani (about 1.30hrs journey 1-way, which totals up of ~4hours journey all together), followed us all the way up, took good care of our kids & belongings too. 6. We are extremely GRATEFUL & BLESSED to have such an incredible drive, Mr.Shiva to travel with us during our trip. Accommodation 1. Front desk staffs was very kind, helpful. Answered our queries with a BIG Smile behind that mask. 2. Good, clean, toiletries are well provided generously upon request. 3. Staffs are friendly & always greets us with a BOG SMILE behind that mask. Keeps saying Namaste every time they see us. 4. Room mattress was super nice, pillow comfortable & soft. 5. TV channels was good too. 6. Bathing area spacious & clean. F&B 1. Hats OFF to Sunday (22nd Jan 2023) Buffet , the buffet spread was amazingly delicious with up to around 30 varieties of food to enjoy. We had an amazing lunch ! 2. As I mentioned earlier, thanks to kitchen team for preparing sandwiches & fruits for our early morning 4am trip to Palani, thank you so much for the warm hospitality.

The staffs from the gate to top are all very much cooperative, Services from the Dining and Kitchen staffs are very much pleasent and supportive some names which i remember Ms Dora, Ms Priya etc the entire team know there job very well. One can enjoy dinner with live music, we must appreciate the singer efforts.

Food : Good Swimming Pool : Not in Operation due to maintenance. Parking : Ok Gym : Ok Restaurant : Nice Ambience This property is very small compared to other ITC projects.

Safe Food is great Room is clean Slept soundly Special mention to the masseur, who gave me her personal pen when I asked for one. Thank you very very much for your service above and beyond your scope of work.

My booking came with breakfast, but registration staff said not included, I left the conversation because I'm tired after the flight and just wanted to rest. The next day, I asked again then staff did another check and waived off the breakfast charges. Good if the correct booking is confirmed at the point of registration.

Rooms were good. Had a special request for a cake. It was delicious.

Toilet rolls were not replaced There was only one tooth brush provided for double occupancy (in each room - only 2 tooth brush were provided for 4 guests) We were given only one access card per room. One of our interconnecting rooms got locked and it took nearly 45 mins for the house keeping to open the room.

We stayed only one night in the hotel but enjoyed all the amenities it offered. We had a very nice time at the pool in the afternoon, which had a great view on the mountains and had a delicious cocktails in the cotton bar in the evening. The buffet breakfast was a good mix of Indian and European dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, a special thank to the Devathi at front desk!

The swimming area could be more organised.

The breakfast spread was relatively less as compared to other places. The quality of food was excellent. Very happy with the breakfast. The deluxe double room was super comfy, very neat and well maintained. Basement parking is available. Quality toiletries are provided.

The property is relatively small - it doesn't have a lawn or a small garden. The dining menu is relatively expensive - as is usual for hotels in this category.
