Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore

Neat clean hygienic friendly and great location

Two instances when I wanted to order eggless cake for my wife’s birthday but got no feedback. Then I ordered through Zomato, but here due to some miscommunication at Main Gate Security, order was not allowed to be delivered at the Security Check gate where it is normally delivered. Nobody took responsibility and blamed Zomato. If Zomato delivery boy refused to enter hotel, Security should gave communicated it to me, which even was not done. Total experience was a bit of let down by otherwise great experience at hotel. Need to buckle up.

I always felt safe and happy to see people working at the front door. All were very smiley and eager to help. When checking in, I met a pleasant and professional manager, Mr. Bhargav. He made things super easy while we were staying. The breakfast buffet had good varieties, mix of western and Indian. I tried out all the restaurants in the hotel, and all were more than satisfactory with excellent services. There are also a good sized pool and well equiped gym. Here, people are the gem. When missing a T-shirts from the room, they managed to find it from the hotel laundry as it was mixed with old bedsheets. In the case of similar situation, most hotels usually blame the customers. Not in Radisson Indore, they are willing to fixed the problem promptly.

The reception is a big space and well designed. However, there just aren't enough sittings. The Business Double room was good size, but the bathroom could be upgraded as some parts were falling apart.

Location is Good but slightly out side the city. Near to Khajrana Lord Ganesha Temple. 56 Shops food market is 4-5 kms from here. Citadel mall by Phoenix , big mall, 4-5 kms from hotel. Room was spacious for 2 persons. Comfortable. Good communication system with reception and other deptts. Prompt attendants.

Crowd at breakfast. Not served hot. Small terrace pool with not maintained surrounding. Small washroom area. Shower area glass doors not sealed properly. Water scatters to surrounding floor areas. Bedside reading lamp was non functional. Shaving mirror has non functional backlight. Small maintenance issues. No complimentary food or cookies basket or any thing in room. No welcome drink or offers.

We returned to Radisson after staying at another hotel says it all. The facilities and other functions might have been better in the other hotel, but Radisson had people who delivers customers' needs. In total, we stayed a week and were never disappointed. The business room was a good size for long stay, but a little worn out. Overall, the whole building was well maintained. Good breakfast buffet and even better on site restaurants. Good view of the city from the gym.

The double room was spacious and clean, the lunch & dinner buffet at the restaurant was great with a large spread. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The dry cleaning services were not good, when given first time they gave back the same unclean clothes. I had to ask them to redo it. With a brand like such, I don’t expect such basic things to not b taken care of properly. Also, the staff was very helpful and courteous overall but some of the staff members need to be trained more on how to deal with customers.

It's was amazing staying Radisson Blu hotel. The ambience, big room, lighting everything exceptionally great. Staff including from front office Ms. Nandani soft spoken polite pro actively provided information always smiling . Manas great to have a conversation with him . Maiin assets to Radisson Blu Mr. Saurabh & Mr. Abhishek . Great to have these star Team mates at senior level . Mr. Neeraj excellent cleanliness great service. Especially thanks to Mr. Saurabh. It's great for Radisson Blu to have all these team members . Will visit again asap. Thanks to Radisson Blu make my stay so comfortable. Memorable stay with Radisson n my favourite city. More to write but once at last no one can beat Radisson Blu indore in hospitality superb . Keep it up.

One thing I realised while seating in lobby 1 Team member lady don't know who is she quite good grooming wearing blue colour formal uniform, everything is great except smile in her face. Smile can make a difference not to staff only but guests too . Rest all team is welcoming and looks excellent with smile.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were given in different floors. One of the rooms was given in smoking floor, which had a stinking smoking smell. We had to get it changed. All this took about an hour, making us go to sleep by 12:30 in the night having arrived around 11PM. I am not sure, why two rooms could not given on the same floor. We did not expect that staff at a hotel like Radisson, will make such mistakes.

Breakfast was good but if you ordered a dish it was a bit delayed.Location and ambience fine

Lightning arrangements could be better I mean more diffused lighting soft instrumental music could be added.Going digital about Menu is fine but introducing Menu Booklet will also be better as.Also the idea of making and notifying a special dish for lunch and dinner everyday can be a good idea.The decor of Bar and Lobby needs a little more decorative.Besides Lounge needs to have top latest magazines /Newspapers for guests.Also a brief brochure about glory of the town and adjacent attractions (your could get these from Tourist Deptt)will be of help to guests

Great location, polite staff, and a cozy ambiance.

One of the rooms seemed to be very small. We had two different bookings on the same day and one room felt quite small in size but it was manageable because this time we stayed only for a night. Our other room was of decent size and if we would have stayed for a longer duration we would prefer to have a room of at least that size.

Location, room, food and housekeeping just great. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. And we are really thankful to the restaurant waiter Mintu for his professional service. Hope to see you again!

While in the room voices from the corridor is really disturbing, especially at night.
