Sayaji Indore

I liked the overall experience. The treatment by the staff was very warm and welcoming. We had a late night flight. We were not just allowed to checkout late but were also given access to the lounge with tea coffee access. That was very endearing. The location is another plus point. It is a well known hotel so all auto and taxi drivers know how to get there. The swimming pool was awesome. The breakfast was extraordinary. Huge selection and all the options were delicious.

Nothing that I can think of at the time of writing this review. Even if there is something it gets overshadowed by all the good parts.

Great location, loved the breakfast! The Suite and Club Grand Premium are nice rooms and we were very comfortable with the upgrade to the suite considering that we paid a good price for the reservation

Initially, we were given the Grand room which was small in size considering my expectations from Sayaji hotel and considering the price that we paid for the reservation. After we moved into the room I saw the room and discussed my concerns with the staff. We were offered an upgrade and we were happy to accept it. A few hours later, we were offered an upgrade to the Premium Suite which was also very nice however we had to move rooms twice in a single day. It would have been nicer if this could have been arranged and discussed in the beginning. Also, just in case an upgrade would not have been possible, I expect that at Sayaji the basic Grand room can be arranged to be more lively.

the reception and lobby staff were very good . helpful and happy to serve . the lobby vibe was very good even coffee shop staff at breakfast were amazing and interactive . they took care of us very well . rooms were clean and amazing breakfast spread .

blue lagoon was a big no . we had to ask for everything . no cutlery no napkin no service . they didn’t even bother to ask for repeat service of wine or food . ver platter had zero flavor . very unappetising so we didn’t order main courses . also wine served wasn’t ask for repeat . it felt like a mistake to visit blue lagoon .

Very delicious breakfast and dinner. Availability of a variety of dishes. Plus point of this property is it's location, multi- level parking and courteous staff. I have visited it for the first time but definitely I would like to visit again and tell others about it.

There is nothing as such that I would dislike. I had a memorable stay for two days here.

Buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Amit and his team members were very courteous and quick - all went very well.

The working table in the room was very small and it was difficult to work with a laptop and some papers. It should be bigger. Also, the revolving chair gets stuck in the thick carpet - it can be placed on a small plastic or woodden mat for movement

Sayaji is bliss! Undoubtedly the best hotel in Indore ( i have stayed across all the 5 🌟 in Indore). From hospitality, genuineness, comfort, great food and warm people. Special mentions : Attar Singh ji who ensured I had an unique dish to try on every day, Jayatree for a smiling face every hour of the day.

Suite and Club Grand premium rooms are nice. Breakfast is really good. The lobby is spacious and the roof top restaurant is a delight. We received an upgrade to suite which was fare considering our reservation price. We appreciate the room upgrade gesture for our family

The Grande rooms felt stuffy and dull, there is scope for improvement considering that they rooms are also in Sayaji

Property facilities were really good. Specially the 10ft swimming pool. Also the food was fantastic in hotel.

Coordination of staff members was not upto the mark. I already confirmed it with the hotel staff for early check in but at arrival thwy were asking for extra payment, though, it was settled later on without extra charge.

Good location plus separate facilities for driver overnight

please mention in the booking that every person need photo ID for checking plus for NRIs passport plus OCI is must. Shower curtain or glass need to be bigger so that water doesn't splash outside plus no bath mat once you come out of shower

Location and Property with the extra facilities such as Play Area, Restaurants, Gym area etc. Also, the room service was very prompt

The food served for kids was not very proper. Even when requested for kid food the portion were same as for adults. The staff must focus more on improving the kids meals.
