Ramada by Wyndham Jalandhar City Center

Nice central location in Jalandhar and Ramada brand to go with it. Quiet and very nice comfortable stay.

Not enough variety at breakfast or dinner, although choice of Indian and Western. The food was bareable if not great. Not enough cutlery for self serving, bowls in particular were in short supply. Just bath towel supplied, when we expected shower towel and couple of face towels. These had to be requested on a daily basis

Very helpful and easy to approach reception staff with immediate action to reasonable requests. Ramada rooms are larger compare to other hotel rooms, most rooms have sofa and arm chair on top of office desk so the room feels spacious and very comfortable. there was fridge and cattle available and the bathroom is good size with walking shower. Breakfasts were good, lots of Indian type of cuisine appx. 8 types of Indian foods, cornflakes bar, pastries and bread bar, vegetable and fruit bar and egg station with chef making eggs to order… kitchen and waitressing staff very helpful and happy to assist

Some rooms are more quite than others… we stayed 13 night all together and after day 2 we requested to swap our absolutely favourite room 408 because of the noice from AC fans.

The reception manager and Onkar in the restaurant were very easy to relate to wh helped with everything. The location is central and the Executive room and Presidential suite were located on the first floor and for a family spread in two rooms this was really beneficial.

Only one or two minor bits and not worth listing, things happen in a popular hotel. The key was how efficiently they are rectified.

The space how modern and clean the property is. The art work on arrival in the lobby very suitable for the hotel. We will visiting again soon and recommend the hotel looking for excellent service and good value of money.

The only issue I had was we needed a new toilet seat.

The staff were lovely and friendly, food was delicious and we had a lovely relaxing time. Parathas at breakfast, piping hot and so delicious.

Breakfast - when items ran out, having to keep asking for replacements. Staff were very accommodating about it and very helpful.

Location is great for being in the city centre. Availability of restaurant’s, taxi’s, shops, mall’s is plentiful nearby. The hotel staff are attentive and a good mix of services offered. Food is good across their two restaurant’s and room service. Housekeeping was attentive to our constant needs for ironing and dry cleaning as we were attending a wedding. Front desk assisted us lots with friendly and accurate suggestions to arrange various things like flowers, gift boxes, sweets, transport, covid pcr testing….they will look into anything for you as concierge support which is helpful.

No pool

centrally located with good facilities. a gentleman on reception was so supportive and helped with taxis through to general advice.

breakfast was a bit slow as every table was taken around 0900am and the cook delayed an omelette by 20 mins and delivered others who ordered after us first. once staff became aware they soon rectified.

Facility appearance

The Staff was not very cooperative and treated people differently, based on their original or national, which is very bad. The food was also not very good quality and the taste was so so. My expectations are much higher from a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The Location was good, Staff was very polite ,smiling & helping right starting from the Entrance to the Room, From the Restaurant to the Parking.

The Breakfast menu could have been an area of improvement , I have stayed also in Ramada Chandigarh the Breakfast was really good can learn from the same, overall I will rate them Good.
