Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Room service is prompt. The staff guided me very well in regards to commuting the city using local transit options. The rooftop bar Top House is a very nice spot to hang out in the evenings - perfect spot when its raining and you dont want to step out into the city. The location is extremely convenient if you intend to use local transport options or need quick access to stores, food joints, malls. Quite a few options to explore within walking distance. Great value for money.

The Hotel is ideally located and for the rates charged, it is value for money. The staff is extremely cooperative and very well behaved.The restaurant service is very good. Food is good. Shri Sathish Shetty one of the general staff member is outstanding in his devotion to duty and he was always there for every help. I appreciate his service throughout my stay.

The room does not have a proper wardrobe and it is a great inconvenience. When we book the accomodation we are not informed of such inconveniences. The placement of the toilet commode and toilet gun was a great inconvenience. The screen separating the bathing area from the rest of the space does not serve the purpose because it is hung high above the floor.The AC makes a lot of noise. TV & set top box not functioning properly. Guests are not using the restaurant services except for breakfast as charges appear to be too high for a budget hotel.

Great staying in the hotel . Hospitality and kindness off staff can be dated back to the 90s that felt great for me . Breakfast was great . Old rooms are being renovated. The ⛵🌊 view is great . overall great stay

Water was not good for bathing.

The hotel was a shirt distance from the train station. I don’t mind walking but you could take a Auto Rickshaw or Tuk-Tuks. Breakfast is a buffet style of South Indian Breakfast.

Turned up 5hrs early and asked if I could check in early and they wanted to charge me a full day! Also on check out they had no change at front desk to pay my hotel tab.

The location of the hotel is excellent just in main city hardly 500m from city center mall and all the important places to roam around are within 10 to 12 kms from this place.

Instead of sugar cubes they were using plain sugar and using wet spoons for adding sugar in tea and coffee makes it look somewhat dirty.

Very friendly and supportive staff, they ready to go the extra mile to make out stay comfortable especially Mr. Rohit Dey (Front Desk) & Mr. Rajesh Shetty (Restaurant). Keep up the great work 👍

Waiting time for the lift due to only 1 lift as the second lift was under repair. Bath fixtures needs improvement in rooms. Restaurant Al a carte menu very expensive.

Centrally located, everything including transportation is easily accessible. The staff is polite and respectful. The complimentary breakfast was also ok.

The hotel isn't well maintained. The bathroom fitments needed repairs. The AC's are old window type need maintenance. If some maintenance and renovation is done the hotel would be perfect.

Great option in Mangalore - excellent location, comfortable, bright, airy and clean room. Very good breakfast. An added bonus was the lovely rooftop bar! The best part of our stay was the staff - the reception, bar staff and breakfast staff were all super friendly and very helpful.

hot water for bath was not available.. it was rainy days and one would expect good hot water for bath

Right at the Center and closeby to visit most tourist spots. Near to most of the Temples and Beach. Daily essentials are just a small walk away😊….
