Breakfast and the restaurant was very good

They have porters for carrying luggage to the hotel and customers have to walk down to the hotel. Moreover they asked us only to pay the porters for carrying our luggage from the road to the hotel. This is not at all expected from any 4 star hotel.

Food: Was great, food manager at the breakfast was really responsive and responsible, ensured everything was on time. Location: Is good and very near to Mall Road. Vibe: Garden and overall feel of the place is really good. Rep Staff: Paridhi Parihar as the manager was great support, really welcoming and caring. Best point of contact at the reception. Staff: Everyone was helpful and service was quick as well. Shubham specifically was really helpful as well.

The staff is absolutely exceptional. While everyone was very helpful and courteous, a special shout-out to Palak who went above and beyond to help us in everything . They were very accommodating for all requests for our infant. We took interconnecting rooms which were nice,clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a very decent play area and activities for children of all ages. The children aged 7/8 years took part in a glass painting activity which they were very happy with. The smaller ones had a nice time in the baby play area. The restaurant 'Glasshouse' is very nicely made. Complimentary high tea is served everyday in the evening (around 4) and there is live music every night (except 1 weekday). The peppy music made dinner a very lively experience. The breakfast buffet has a decent variety.

The bathroom is absolutely tiny.

We arrived a day before Holi. They had set up a small fun fair. It was definitely a pleasure to witness the festival of Holi at the hotel. All the staff were very well mannered. Despite the hotel being fully booked, everything was handled expertly. We experienced no issues with the hotel amenities. The breakfast spread was slightly limited. The indian variety was plenty. International options were few. However, that does not take away from the fact that it was yummy, nonetheless. If you're given a ground floor room, the chances are your "view" options will be limited. There are only a few rooms facing the mountains, the rest are facing the parking. During booking this hotel, maybe calling them beforehand might help in solving this problem? The location is GREAT. Bang on Mall Road, you can go out for a stroll anytime. Most restaurants do hotel-deliveries. The halal restaurants are Mughal DIlli 6 and Chacha Ka restaurant (my preference). Overall the hotel is really good. There are a few issues here and there. However, none of it takes away from the fact that you'll have a very comfortable stay. I really recommend this hotel.

My biggest issue with this hotel is the difficulty in locating it. The roads are almost single lane and if you miss the correct turn then you have to circle back. If they put up signs along the route, that might ease up the ordeal of finding the property. I highly recommend not relying on your GPS and instead asking the locals for help. The room was very chilly though. If staying in winters, ask for extra blankets or wear warm clothing. I don't know if they have heaters available. Setting the AC to 30 degrees didnt help either. Although the flooring is wooden, it was freezing to the touch.

Location was excellent on mall road. Lovely garden Overlooking valley.

Needs renovation and updating. Also lack of direct possiblity of visiting cars not registered in Mussoorie to be able to drop off at reception and hence had to wheel bags about 500m from point of alightment. Hotel should sort this out and have a service to pick up new guests for check in.

the location close to the picture palace barrier on Mall Road was so very convenient. we could get to see both sunrise and sunset from the balcony of our valley facing room. the staff were exceptionally attentive to the guest requirements. the front office manager Mr Sandeep went out of his way to make us comfortable and help us when we returned from a trek and the Mall Road was closed to traffic.

The location is perfect. The view is just amazing. Go for the valley view room on the first floor and trust me you won't regret it. The hospitality and service by entire staff is excellent. Special Thanks to Farmaan for helping us out during checkout!!

The food can be better. Some items in the breakfast and dinner were not upto the mark. The rooms aren't soundproof.

Nice breakfast and bonus of a afternoon tea and snacks. Nice outdoor seating with a view

Vehicle access is limited so cannot get to the front of the hotel without portars who carry your luggage for you. On the plus side they earn some money for their living

Wonderful hotel - friendly, helpful staff; beautiful views, spotlessly clean and very comfortable; with excellent location. Delicious breakfast and complimentary 5pm tea on the terrace are a delight. Hotel is very good value for money

However, their reply on Booking.com to customers abt issues are scripted.. No personalised response Moreover, lengthy procedures during check in, they took your photo😏 along with passport copy
