The Claridges Nabha Residence-Heritage

The location is great , food, especially lunch and dinner are average and overpriced, the staff were great , there can be scope for more activities especially for children to make families enjoy. The breakfast was great on both days and as per expectations.

Improve the quality of lunch and dinner and work on the menu. Add more activities.

it’s located in very peaceful area called Burlowganj which is 3 kms before the Mall Road entrance . it’s very quiet and rustic place with a heritage charm as this used to summer residence of the royal Nabha family . The food options and buffet breakfast is limited but the quality and taste is excellent . This property is for people who value such peaceful and heritage hotels as compared to modern five star properties.

The Claridges room 101 to 105 face the driveway and the main entrance for cars and other vehicles . Rooms need a touch up at various places even though they are clean and very comfortable. Special services like laundry , spa etc might not be functional always .

Ambience is good

Staff, they issued a bill for my breakfast which was included in my booking, which was afterwards neutralized and while washing my car, they put so much water in the car which has yet to be evaporated after cleaning every day for last five days and is producing foul smell. Yo can't even sit in the car in morning. I don't know why the hell they poured so much water inside the car, it seemed they were cleaning the car from inside using a water pipe or so. Very dissapointed.

The hospitality level just too good. They were ready to provide us whatever we asked for without any hesitation. Excellent property, excellent staff and hospitality.

There was nothing that we did not like. Everything was just perfect

staff went over and above to make us comfortable. food was superb and great variety at the breakfast buffet. bonfire is a great option. despite us being the only guests during one night, no compromise was made on facilities or food

although it’s neat, but it’s old and needs an upgrade and more maintenance

Beautiful, small property in a quiet part of town (Barlowganj) far from the noise and crowds of the Mussoorie Mall Road. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and hospitable. Sitting in the garden and enjoying breakfast in the sun was fantastic! Ordered room service - the simple meal was delicious. We had a little trouble with the hot water in our bathroom, but the staff promptly moved us to another room. We tried the spa too and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Breakfast and other food dishes are awesome

The GM Mr Baldev Negi ji and there staff are helpful courteous and most importantly Friendly well mannered ,Really the stay was good and wish to visit again ..Services are awesome ,pick and drop facility at Mall Road and nearby places provided by the hotel. Thanks to mr Negi GM sahib make our stay safe and happy

breakfast was very nice . The spread was ample and delicious. Staff was very accommodating and got us fresh paranthas and dosas directly from kitchen.

All was perfect. Only a small issue that the sitting outside our room was occupied by some other guests for most of the 2 days of our stay. Nevertheless Mr Shubham at front desk was very helpful and got the area vacated for us for one of the evenings on our request. Also a special mention for Ranveer from room service as he really looked after us.

Breakfast was not very elaborate, but whatever was served as served with love by the Hotel staff. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Nothing to complaint about

Great Location, Clean Rooms , Hospitality Was Great. Staff Helpful , The Food Was Good . Its a Heritage Property Nicely Maintained.

Hot Water for Taking Bath as a bit of an issue ... Continuous Hot water needs to be demanded
