Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, an IHG Hotel

Hotel is located in north delhi Rohini area, just across the metro station and Rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital, shopper stop is just next to hotel and a shopping mall in walking distance and also a public fun park Hotel has very welcoming staff, all the staff security, front desk, house keeping, restaurant all are very well trained and value their customers. We have stayed in room 1207 it’s fairly specious room with all the amenities which needed Bedding was comfortable, sheet and towel were high standard Bathroom was also specious with bathtub, closed shower and WC separately with all the toiletries needed Overall cleaning of room and bathroom was appealing for next stay and wish management maintain the standard Breakfast selection is quite wide, taste and quality of food was good enough and staff in restaurant was very welcoming

It’s far from airport and traffic is an issue as there was metro work going on the road, it took 1.5 hours from airport to reach hotel all the main attraction of Delhi average drive time will be over an hour

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this property between 30/11 to 07/12/2023. Beautiful hotel with the finest of service. Staff at the reception always eager to help. Traditional greeting and welcome at the entrance is a beautiful touch. Restaurant staff were simply superb!! Chefs were fantastic preparing amazing variety of food. Some staff are worth mentioning as they stood out. Dennis at the reception, Sushil the Maître”D , Ranjit, Kanahiya, Deepali in the restaurant and not to forget Devender, the Head Chef. Very humble and helpful people. In the housekeeping Barsha stood out for her care and attention to detail. Will be back next time we are in Delhi. Great work by the staff and Congratulations to all the staff and the Management!!! Thanks to all for making our stay wonderful and memorable!! Cheers

Couldn’t falter the venue for anything.

Great hotel. For India standards its perfect. Stuff is very helpful and on the high level. The room was cleaned every day, you got free water, safe. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant are great. You can try high level Indian cousin. Hotel offers transport to the airport for additional price but very comfortable car. Highly recommend.

The main minus of the hotel is location. Near 2 hours from airport and near 1 hour from city center. But there is metro station near and the best way to get to the city center is to use it just for 40 INR.

The hotel has amazingly comfortable beds. The rooms were relatively large and the bathrooms huge. The reception area and restaurants were immaculately clean and the breakfast great. Lots of variety of foods.

The pool was very cold. Location - too far from Delhi's main tourist sights. Made worse by the traffic. According to google maps it was 31 minutes from the hotel to the Red Fort. In reality it takes approx an hour due to traffic.

Everything! since the wedding season, rooms were sold out and I did in and out because I loved my stay over here. Staffs are so hospitable, sometimes I was overwhelmed by the “Namastes” I received from the staffs at the door. Rooms are super clean, food was really good. Location as I wanted the perfect view of Delhi city and metro yet far from the main crowd. Lovedddd! this is gonna be my first option if I visit Delhi again!

The Crown Plaza had been a choice for us since its inception. In early days when the hotel had just come in being, we were offered the membership only @ 5000/- and that too with compensation of perhaps 1&1/2 day night stay once every year free of any charges (now don't remember fully). Frankly sharing, I regret to have missed the opportunity offered in person. We had gone to have lunch with our family and guests, finally with the boy our daughter got married too. We had her engagement ceremony in crown plaza only as well the stay for a day or two of our daughter and both our sons with their spouses earlier. This time also our son from Canada had booked in advance for our immediate stay, he wanted two days but I agreed for a day. We reside in Sector - 9 Rohini only, close-by place from crown plaza but preferred to stay in hotel immediately on arrival from canada to get our residence first have deep cleaning etc. We are completely satisfied with our stay and thanked our son for his insisting and booking for us in Crown Plaza. I will love to still avail membership lifelong if offered at some too reasonable a fee

The boy who facilitated our baggage to the room should have taken a little more care in explaining the TV remote placement, functioning, dining menu in room, iron power point and AC adjustment. Not that everything necessarily required demo but would have helped early settlement / belongingness feeling within the guest. Also, perhaps two sets of towels for a couple, when stays, be given to help one bath same day and another the next morning. Similarly, even shaving kit etc was very much available inside the drawer but had to enquire, could be told to guest. I liked the quality to tooth-brush, simply too good. Thanks

Room Service was good , so as the food. However, My Guests did not take breakfast , although it was part of the package . Nothing was offered in return upon checkout. I am sure a list is maintained at Restaurant where the guests are listed that did not come for breakfast .

It was booked for a newly wed couple. Staff should enquire more about the purpose of the stay and offer something special for the special moment .

It was an amazing stay. The entire experience was memorable. Harshita at the front desk was super helpful. She went above and beyond and delighted us with her hospitality and beautiful surprises like decorations and a cake. The check in and check out were seamless. The staff was empathetic enough to let us extend our stay by a couple of hours so that we could attend a crucial meeting from our room.

We didn't really expect much to be honest after our stay at the Radisson blu down the road. but this place was excellent, everything from the check till check out was seamless and the staff are amazing rooms are huge and well appointed.

not much to say here as we enjoyed our stay and it was brilliant.

Breakfast is good, and the location is good especially at the back of the hotel there's a adventure island where is good for taking a walk.

The room are not so clean this time as I used to stay in this hotel every twice a year.
