Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar

I stayed for 2 nights at the property it was a lovely stay the staff was very good as per my request they helped my with the top floor my room 1211 was completely as per my need the front office staff neetu was so good in her work really appreciated that and i would like to mention the housekeeping staff harish kothari and vivek kumar for making my stay memorable they both were so good they during my stay they make sure my room is ready and cleaned when ever i leave for work they rearranged my room which i lover and really appreciate and i like to mention the lady staff at the gate she always greated me with a smile on her face and with a sweet tone toh greetings though i don’t remember the names but the restaurant staff always helped with my needs and with my food really appreciated the hard work of every single member for making my stay remembering except the lift take too long to go to 12th floor that was tiring 😂 just kidding and i will make surer when ever i vist west delhi radisson is my first choice

The area is quaint and quiet. Most of the staff is very helpful. They have a tour service which allows you to book trips to monuments through them and they provide the transport & toll fees, for an extra charge of course; we didn't take it but the convenience of that option was pretty sweet.

The staff would have a few racist moments (we are black), or perhaps it's culture shock? There were a few sexist moments too where they would not assist if I (f) was the one asking for assistance versus when it was my partner (m) asking. They also wouldn't let us in the pool with swimming shorts, said a speedo was needed, but other people were allowed in with shorts, I found that a bit odd.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff for upgrading my stay with the suite. - Suites are very spacious, it basically has a proper living room followed by the bedroom. - AC was working well. - Bright room when you turn ON lights.

- Doors could have been improved. - The main door does not come with isolation, small kids were screaming midnight and we were able to hear them from our bedroom. - The bath tub could have been cleaned. - Trashcans inside the small toilet were making too much noise on opening and close. - No good view from the window. - The location of the hotel is a bit tricky, you need to know your way.

The hotel was nice, it is not the top of the top in terms of the age of hotel and its looks, you can see it has been some years since the opening... But it doesn´t make any problems. The rooms were pretty quiet, no problems with water or anything. We liked the restaurant in the hotel as well. The check-in was fine, as well as the check-out.

Sometimes, the room service was strange (one day they left just one towel, but it´s just a minor inconvenience). We had some problems with the wi-fi connection, it was pretty poor. Also, the interaction with the staff at the restaurant was a little weird, I do not want to say rude, but weird a little bit. But again, it´s more of a nit-picking. Also, there were many mosquitos near the hotel, so be prepared.

One of the best stays of a month-long family vacation in India. Have stayed at this property before as well(pre-covid) and I can say Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar has maintained its standards if not bettered them. The breakfast was very good and all the choices one could think of, liked the idea of healthy steamed fish for breakfast 😊. The taste of cold coffee on tap just rang the growing up in the 90s India back for me. The pastry shop on the ground floor had excellent choices, and also does nice Indian sweets boxes, if you have forgotten visit one of your Haldirams. The Radisson team was professional, courteous, and hospitable all through.

Did see a bit of a rough crowd from events after midnight though separated from the rooms they do share the same entrance as the rest of the hotel.

I donot know where is the problem relate, On booking amount of payment near 5000 indian currency including all taxes , but i pay at hotetl 58200 indian currency Note i payed extra things like 1 meal or nuts separate, I paid near 8200 indian currency extra without receipt , I need explain essentially !

The Radisson Blu is a modern, chic hotel that is equivalent to any of its western counterparts in terms of comfort and cleanliness. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and well-appointed. The staff were very polite and courteous. We would certainly stay here again.

One observation - not even a complaint - was that the very helpful and accommodating staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed. Consequently, things like checking in and out took an inordinate amount of time. For example, in our case, from the time we went to the check out desk to the time they had gotten our bags and we were able to leave, was approximately 45 minutes.

Dont let the appearances ruin the experience! as an european - used to some standards - there are certain things that will catch your attention at first, however Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar goes beyond all of that. The room was very clean, the food was very nice, they were refilling the bottles of water we were consuming everyday, and the PEOPLE in this hotel are amazing, if you stay for long enough - we stayed for almost a week - they make you feel part of the family, and they are always willing to improve and help you in anything you need, and make your stay the most comfortable for you - tho it might take few iterations XD So, if you are in doubt because of some of the reviews you see in this app, don’t be. Here you will feel safe, you will feel comfortable, and you will be treated very well.

The outdoors pool needed some serious maintenance, the water was blurry and birds were swimming and drinking from there.

Location - 4/5 - The location is excellent. - Located at the edge of Paschim Vihar on main road, good connectivity and availability of transportation - Jwala heri market is at walking distance - District park is also near for your morning walks Room - 4/5 - Rooms are big and comfortable. - Good wifi reception Service - 3/5 - Extremely slow check-in & check-out process. - Room service is excellent. Food - N/A - Haven’t tried the food as went to Jwala heri market for my lunch dinner and breakfast. As you get more options there. Ambience - 4/5 - beautifully designed interior and exterior spaces - Lobby is spacious and good sitting arrangement.

check-in & check-out process. One feedback, if your dealing with one person please finish that person work first! I was pissed when people are coming and asking questions or solving their card problem which took time for my check-in and check-out. you can assign another help desk for such queries.
