The property is stunning and the quality of every interaction with staff was flawless! Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. And, of course, you’re staying in a castle! Simply amazing!
If I was going to quibble, I’d say the water pressure in the men’s shower at the pool changing rooms was pretty weak, but, really, everything else - from the food, to the rooms, to the staff, etc. - was absolutely outstanding.

Loved the hotel overall,amazing service and staff.It felt like your every needed was anticipated and we travelled without son 6 years and it felt very family friendly.Stunning property and facilities.
We stayed in a stateroom and felt that the beds were very small.I am I only 5'3 and for me to feel a bed is small is a big call!the room might be good for a couple seeking 2 seperate beds but for us it was a bit squashed although the overall room was a great size.

This was a once in a lifetime dream experience for me and my daughter. We felt like we were part of a fairy tale which came true. Staff were excellent and welcoming. We loved the parlors with fireplaces, historic art pieces, and the 450 acres of unspoiled land to enjoy nature.
