Nice hotel in the perfect location close to the beach. This is a perfect base to discover not only TelAviv, but also many other places in Izrael. The hotel is easily reachable by bus Nr.4 from HaHagana Railway station. Once TelAviv will finish the tram system, it will be even more easy to get to the train towards Jerusalem, Haifa and other places and cities and avoid so the massive traffic jams on the road.

Almost everything. Hotel has a central location both regarding Tel Aviv beaches and the city itself. We were able to cover almost the whole city by walking. Breakfast was very good (we were offered free omelette on demand every day except Shabat) and we bought the only things missing (ham, sausages or any kind of meat - due to religious restrictions it is not allowed any mix between them and the wide variety of cheeses available) from the supermarkets located nearby. Local specialties were also available every day. Room was normal, but it included all necessary facilities. If I shall visit again Tel Aviv and the hotel, I would definitely go for the suite with a balcony - there were 4 on each floor compared to only one room without balcony (like ours) on one floor. Because of our late return flight, we got a late check-out until 19:00 (we paid for it of course, but there were a lot of other situations when such option was not available).

Weather could be better ! Out of a full week spent in Tel Aviv, we enjoyed only one sunny day (the last one !). I have to say that the city during Shabat (Friday and Saturday) looks totally different compared to other days - almost all citizens disappeared during day-time and only a handful of shops and restaurants were opened. I should also add that Tel Aviv is a very expensive city. I would not stay permanently there, but I would come back anytime for short periods of time with a great pleasure. As a particularity that I noticed, domestic employees of restaurants are not happy with their jobs and sometimes they tried to cheat us on the bill (based probably on our obvious lack of knowledge of local language and alphabet)

We LOVED the breakfast. Yuri, (I think), the chef makes really great food. The quality of his food cannot be duplicated in a large hotel buffet setting. And they generally leave some cakes or cookies or something they made out all day long for a snack. Their 24/7 cappuccino maker is also very good. Location was great for us. Their dining room is also very pleasant with large windows looking to the ocean. We liked looking at the ocean and volleyball courts from our balcony. The room is good-sized for the money in Tel-Aviv which is what we wanted. It is older looking, functional, and not trendy. The bed was very comfortable. For us comfortable bed/sizable was more important. Also, everybody on the staff is very friendly and helpful as needed. For our style, highly recommended.

Breakfast is pretty much vegetarian with several items which was EXCELLENT for us! And super yummy and high quality. And they will individually make you eggs to order if that counts for you. But...If you want sausage/bacon/hash browns and the like you will be disappointed. If you want a modern looking trendy room you will be disappointed. But otherwise it is relatively large, totally functional, and comfortable beds. (and a tub/shower, not just a shower)

First of all this hotel has the best location you can ask for - practically on the beach and also less than 10 minutes walk to the Carmel market and close to the center of the city. Good bus connections too. Beautiful views from the balcony The suites are a very good size Beds are comfortable and bedsheets and towels are changed regularly You can't really cook in the kitchen as there is not stove but you can eat takeaway as you have plates and cutlery and there is a microwave oven in case you want to heat something. And of course a fridge. Breakfast is really nice with much more variety than you can expect from.such a small hotel. Eggs are cooked to order. Cookies and cakes are freshly baked everyday and are available by the coffee machine which you can use 24 hours. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach towels are available at reception.

Everything was great. It is true that furniture might look a little old but in my room everything was working fine.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Look out for Daniel who is really the life and soul of the hotel. Great guy who always had a smile and made us laugh. Our rooms were an excellent size. In addition to the bedroom and separate bathroom, there was a lounge area with cooking facilities. Parking on site was exceptionally handy. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty and tasty and always something new each day.

No complaints at all, everything was to our satisfaction. I can't see what others would have to complain about. Even the air conditioning was good.

The hotel room facilities are well-equipped, and the rooms are quite spacious, with a small balcony that offers a view of the sea. The location is also excellent, with the beach right outside the door. Walking along the beach, it takes about 2 kilometers to reach the old town of Jaffa, where you can see many people jogging, surfing, and practicing yoga. It truly allows you to experience the vibrant city of Tel Aviv. The hotel provides a parking lot, and you need to request access from the front desk. They can remotely control the parking lot gate. We chose this hotel mainly because we rented a car for self-driving and needed overnight parking in the city. The breakfast at the hotel is plentiful and tasty, and we enjoyed it a lot. The most interesting part was when we were leaving, and the front desk found out that we were from China. They encouraged everyone to applaud for us. There are also Ukrainian staff members at the hotel, and the front desk invited us to cheer for Ukraine together, shouting "Slava Ukraini" I am a strong supporter of Ukraine, so this was an extra bonus for me.

The suite we booked was spacious and had a small balcony from which we had the advertised "sea view". The location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious with quite a variety. Coffee/tea was available all day WITH some tasty slices and biscuits. Wifi access was excellent.

A small table could have been provided on the balcony. The shower leaked water despite the screen (obviously did not seal!) The towels were VERY old and worn and SMALL. Although beach towels were available, they were even more thread-bare and worn and even smaller. And, although a minor detail, wine glasses could have been provided in the suite.

Near to the beach, clean room, free parking for the car, staff did an excellent job and very nice, free towels for beach and free clean towels every day in the room, free coffee all day with cookies.Maybe the furniture was a little bit outdated but it just make a nice vintage look to the place.

At this money you can't get probably any better,so no we did not have anything not to like, we like it and if we'll come back in this beautiful and interesting city we will stay here again

Great location, 50m from the beach and so close to other must see Tel Aviv places. Amazing stuff, incredibly helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfasts especially for vegetarians, everything was fresh and different every single day, absolutely incredible. Room had everything we needed, everything was super clean and tidy. That was not my first visit in amazing Tel Aviv but I did not expect such a nice and cozy hotel for that price, absolutely special place, definitely gonna come back here .

I have no idea why other travellers mention tired facilities, maybe they had a refurbishment recently but everything was in great condition. Also, the poor score on breakfast is a disgrace because the buffet breakfast we had was stunningly great. Selection of sweet and savoury. I think most people haven’t done their homework on Israel before coming here because they expected meat at breakfast which is not how locals eat. Don’t expect English breakfast in an authentic, Jewish hotel. Why would you want to eat meat for breakfast and feel heavy ? I don’t get it. Meat is for dinner 👍🏼 The staff were very friendly, there is a water and coffee machine in the lobby, free to use all the time. Also a selection of small cakes / cookies is put out with the best cheesecake we have ever tasted. They also provide beach towels free of charge. Its 30seconds from the beach and 15min walk from Dizengoff shopping centre. Next time we are in Tel Aviv, we will stay here again, no doubt!
