First: Transport. The Hotel is in an area where there are several bus stops, which makes it possible to come from the train station directly to the Hotel and from the Hotel to different areas of the city in an easy and fast way (the bus network is great but a challenge to use, at least for those of us who don't read Hebrew). Second: location. It's roughly in the middle of Tel-Aviv, on one of the most well-known streets, being within easy walking distance of the main places to visit (although visiting the museums next to the university is better with the help of the Bus). Third: the staff. The employees were all very friendly and available to help us with whatever we needed. Room: the rooms. Spacious, well decorated and with a large and very stylish bathroom (with shelves where to put all the things associated with the bathroom). We didn't want to pay the extra for breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning) but what we saw looked really good. If you don't need a full breakfast, there are numerous bakeries throughout the city (and one of them is right in front of the Hotel). An experience to repeat on a possible return to Tel-Aviv :-)

For us the only negative point was the noise from the street. The first room we stayed in was facing the main street, and the traffic noise continued almost all night (and if there's one thing that Israelis like to use very often, it's the car horn). The second room, as it faced a side street, allowed for a more restful night (we didn't change rooms because of the noise, we simply stayed a few nights in Tel-Aviv, then went to Jerusalem for a few days, and then came back). Rooms facing the street need to be better soundproofed.

Requested accessible room (traveling with wheelchair). Hotel provided us with a roll-in shower and grab bars in the shower and around toilet. Our plan included breakfast. Most people at the cafe were either Israeli or European. Staff spoke English as well as other languages. Any request was greeted with a smile and accommodation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is the CENTER of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to pedestrian malls and the beach (if you are able take a brisk walk). Taxis are easy to find with the GETT app. Bottom line: Highly recommend.

PARKING is very limited. Locals know this so people coming to the hotel to see us used public transportation.

My room was relatively small but sufficient for my stay. The staff was friendly, always ready to answer questions. Room and bathroom were cleaned daiily. I appreciated to have fridge and kettle! Breakfast is served in the Café in the same building - it was rich and tasty. The Café is also a nice place to work (which I did on one day).

If you are booking a hotel in a central district of Tel Aviv it is not very likely that you'll find a quiet environment. It helps to have a room with a window facing the side or back, not the busy Allenby street ;-)

- perfectly located in Allenby Street, near Shuk HaCarmel as well as close to the beaches. Lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. - never met such nice, helpful and understanding staff in my life! Doron was so lovely and flexible to adjust our booking over and over again during state of war. - the room and all utilities were very clean and comfortable - the café located on 1st floor serves delicious breakfast, snacks and drinks - it‘s absolutely good value for money

Overall, enjoyed staying at this hotel. Love the breakfast as it's very fresh and refreshing after all the buffet breakfast at other hotels and love the cafe where they served breakfast. Room is on the smaller size but mordern, clean, functional and ok for us as we are mostly out. Location wise handy with buses right outside the door and close to Camel Market, for me, it feels like we are in the suburb and part of the local scene. If you are staying there on Tuessays and Fridays, you can find cool things at local arts and crafts market just a few minutes walk.

Location, only because I discovered the Jeffa Port area with all the cute little walkways.

The hotel is quite central as the promenade is only 15 minutes by walk away. Good choice for breakfast for the money paid. Super friendly staff who also managed to have our room ready at 10:00 am since our flight was during the night and check-in is at 2 pm.

The room is quite small, and can be quite uncomfortable with 2 big luggages. But we were aware of the room size. The hotel is situated on a busy road and sometimes it was hard to sleep at night.

This was a fabulous find for us in Tel Aviv. Close to all the buzz and the beach, nothing was more than a 20 min walk away (the port maybe 30 min walk). The room was spotless, the ambience in the lobby and common areas was youthful with lots of young professionals who were perhaps there for work and play. The staff were incredibly helpful - we also got flowers as we checked in on International Women's Day, which was so thoughtful. I would 100% recommend.

The rooms were on the smaller side but honestly, this did not take away from our experience.

Generous sized room and bathroom, quiet rooms too. Very secure with separate lifts for upwards/downwards travel and security doors. Staff were friendly and helped with questions I had about the area and sorting out a taxi for me. I enjoyed the breakfasts at the cafe situated on the ground flour of the building.

The TV was a bit difficult to use, and sometimes showed an error message for no reason. Putting it into standby and turning it on again usually worked.

This hotel is centrally located, in a great neighborhood (where you feel like a local). It's near cafes and restaurants, bus stops, various stores, markets (e.g. Shuk HaCarmel), walking distance to the beach and many other sites. It's a lively, safe area. The hotel is new and modern, with fun decor. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. There's a cafe on the ground level of the hotel that serves amazing breakfast (and is open throughout the day).

The room was very spacious and had access to all of the amenities I needed. I liked the complimentary coffee and waters, as well as access to a refrigerator for all of my needs. I had a great stay in the room.

In the morning it was quite noisy due to garbage disposal trucks that would frequently pass the window causing me to wake up earlier than desired. The bathroom had a nasty smell when I arrived initially which did not dissipate by the time I left.
