President Park Hotel

Property inside was lovely, of good quality, clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful, room was always cleaned and tidied daily. There was loads of free parking (which is important in Sicily). Breakfast staff were very helpful and polite.

Facade of property needs some maintenance. We had a room with a town view and no balcony so it was difficult to dry our towels and swim suits without any drying provision. Strangely no shelves in the wardrobe to keep our clothes. Also breakfast could do with more variety - possibly suited to Italians but not for international visitors.

Lovely bar, cocktails and toasties! Awesome views Reception staff lovely and helpful. Nice pool, large rooms and balcony's.

The hotel is more out of the way than you realise. Hotel does provide complementary shuttle , we needed to get to train station. We decided on eating at hotel as opposed to venturing out as we only stayed one night. The restaurant was a little too quiet and bright and the menu wasn't great. No atmosphere, felt a bit impersonal. Breakfast quite good tho.

Room given to us was very spacious and in good working order. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent with great panoramic views from the roof top. Beautiful, well maintained swimming pool. The restaurant manager was excellent and catered for dietary requirements even if the items were not on the menu.

Breakfast could have been better with more hot breakfast options. Gym was poorly equipped. Toilets in the gym could not be locked from the inside so anyone could walk in while one was using them. Our room was on the top floor where access to the balcony was locked and had to constantly ask staff to open it and were refused use of it once.

Amazing views and the hotel is spotless ,the rooms and common areas are extremely clean and inviting.it was good value for the money .

No information in the room about facilities , Restaurants/TV / mini bar prices/check out times ect, this would have been very useful . No Tea & coffee facilities , this was greatly missed . A car is a must if you want to explore as the hotel isn’t close to much .The WiFi wasn’t great so make sure you have data .

Excellent room and bathroom, nicely presented, very clean. Hotel is modern, well decorated and excellent value.

Location at the top of a hill with very poor access roads from all sides. Not suitable if you don’t have a car. Breakfast choice quite mediocre.

The room was like on pictures, beautiful, I wondered that wasn't any water glass in the room( just paper glasses), the hotel was quiet, I liked the view

The breakfast was boring, not to many sort of food.

situated on top of a hill with beautiful views away from it all (we had a car and didn’t want to deal with parking in the city). check in started with an upgrade (love that!) Super clean, comfortable, all amenities we needed, beautiful decor, best breakfast ever and the staff person Rosie was helpful, courteous, kind and went out of her way to answer our questions, give recommendations and made sure we were ready for our flight with COVID tests done in our room.

For one night it was perfect, it might be a little too far from Catania city center if we were staying a while.

Location is beautiful!

The offer free Wi-Fi. The connection from my hotel room was poor to nonexistent. The connection from the rooftop breakfast area as well as the lobby and first floor restaurant was very good to excellent. They should look into improving Wi-Fi in other areas. However I would not let this keep me from booking this hotel in the future.

Perfect stay for our one night stopover. Clean rooms, quiet location, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Worthy of its 4 star rating.

WiFi seemed a bit of a faff to get into as you need to register etc.... we arrived late so did not bother to do it and also did not need it.

Breakfast area was not as promised on the top floor with views of the sea... Instead it was in an underground area with no windows and not accessible by lift or ramp for pushchairs or people with mobility problems
