Localisation, localisation, localisation... outstanding view, we had a room with a direct sea view and it was absolutely gorgeous. There is also a nice terrace with a sea view available to all the guests. Very kind and helpful staff. As a plus a dedicated parking place.

Mosquitoes, lots of them, even in November. Bathroom was not as clean and modern as on the pictures, especially shower.

Access down to the water.It only requires a small amount of money to make it safe and I am sure this will happen in the near future. More healthier breakfast options would be good

It looked just like on the pictures apart from the seaview - that was so much better! Staff were super nice and kindly accommodated every request we had, everything was very clean and neat, breakfast was delicious and a lot to choose from. There was a private access to a cliff just in front of the hotel with beautiful fantastic swimming in gorgeous bay.

I would have liked some fresh vegetable with the breakfast and not plastic cups for juices (we used coffee cups for that but why?!), to access the cliff we had to ask the staff to unlock the gate - this would have been better on the card just like the main gate, ac in the room was on misterious auto setting and only upon request we've got a remote control.

We opted for a room with an ocean view (and balcony) which we really enjoyed. Our room was bright and clean. The location was convenient and there were several good options for dinner an easy walk away. Management was responsive and quick to address some minor issues with the room.

There were some minor issues— a sink not draining and the room uncomfortably warm. As stated earlier, management corrected both issues quickly, but ideally we wouldn’t have had the issues in the first place.

Exceptionally clean facility, except for a few ants, but minor, free parking, great front line staff and security, very accommodating and attentive, better then average breakfast, massive walk out patio!!

Not a great location....let me clarify, not the hotels location in relation to the area, but the actual city location itself ACI, some " fast food" restaurants around but not many above that, extreamly dissapointing.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was big and cleaned everyday. We took sea view room and view was amazing! There also some beautiful beach clubs close to hotel which has pool and kids play area which was our saving grace with our toddler.

Not a fault of the hotel.. but we were a bit disappointed that the there was no sand beach close by (we could’ve done some more research too). We were with our 3 year old and all he wanted was sand beach which is only near city centre and taxis are not cheap.

The whole atmosphere was excellent. The place is great for a summer holiday.

The fact that the cleaning ladies don't have a specific timetable . They should do something about their opening to the sea,it is an amazing area but not really organised .

The beach and the view from the "sea view room" is amazing, the room is beautiful and the AC is a life saver. Parking was easy as there was always a free parking space. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our rental car while there and the staff helped alot with translation and phone calls. We were very appreciative of their efforts. Grazie! Grazie! Bed was very comfortable. View was great.

Nice calm location when you don’t wanna stay in center. A lot Lido beaches spots, to center 20min by local bus or 10 by taxi (20€). Nice modern rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor list to choose from for breakfast. We missed fruit and vegetables. Had to ask for option to change order (we filled order at the beginning of stay but if we didn’t ask would have same every day- missed diversity)
