The location, the cleanliness, and the aspect of the room, even if it's a little bit kitschy.

There's no parking spot assigned, you should find something one street away(as we were in the shoulder season we rapidly found a parking spot, but I do not want to imagine in high season) The building it's an old building and it's a little bit unordinary to get out from the room on the hallway to go to the toilet. There was a problem with water pressure I guess,and also with the boiler as there was very hot water or very cold water, you could hardly set an acceptable temperature. The fact that the host wanted only cash.

The rooms looked spectacular on Booking.com and they don't disappoint. The style is over the top with a charming diy edge. Unfortunately our host went down with Covid on the day we arrived so we never met him, but he communicated on whatsapp to guide us through getting in, where to park etc, and although he couldn't serve us breakfast he recommended a fantastic local cafe where we got a delicious breakfast amazingly cheaply.

The B&B is halfway down a steep stone staircase, so getting access with our luggage at about midnight after a severely delayed flight was a bit of a drama - not the fault of La Dolce Vita of course. Once we got through the front door, it was such a fab place that the stress melted away in the excitement of finding even the minibars are upholstered! And when we looked out next morning from our balcony, the view and the atmosphere were just fantastic.

Perfect location. Close to bus-and trainstation, the old town and a promenade with restaurants with a view of the ancient ruins. Also bus 1 and 2 have a busstop nearby which will take you straight to the ruins and operate all day. Bus 2 also goes to a beach. There are restaurants everywhere. The room is spacious and you feel like you are sleeping in an old French castle. Beautiful view from balcony. Communication with owner is very good and he is very kind and helpful.

There are almost 50 stairs to climb to the B&B. For me the bed was hard (but I DO love a soft bed) and pillows too. The Aircon although set to 17° still can't keep up so it was a bit warm. The room is stylish but there are some scratches, holes and paint comming of the walls.

the room is really nice. the owner too, because it was possible that we leave the lugagge in the room after the check-out. the flat is located perfectly - just a short walk into the old town and if you go back from the temples, the bus number 1 stops directly in front of the flat.

the carpet in the bathroom is a little bit old but evth else is nice

Easy to check in/out and to let our luggages. Location was perfect to take the bus/train early and at the same time not so far from restaurants.

The room was so-so and walls are very thin between rooms : could recognize which film they were watching by the noise of the TV.

Great location, close to the heart of the town where the pedestrianised main street offers absolutely everything. Handsome buildings, very agreeable.

No bath, shower only.

We really enjoyed our two nights stay as we could feel like living in a castle. The room was perfectly designed and balcony with a city+sea view was perfect. Under the balcony you will also find probably the best restaurant (wine-bar) in Agrigento, so we can without doubt recommend this room to everyone.

We would appreciated at least some cups, plates and kettle for preparing self breakfasts.

Very quirky decor which was nice for a change. Very centrally located

So many stairs to have to negotiate to get to the apartment especially with luggage. This is par for the course in old towns but still a challenge

It was a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We rested in November and stayed one night in Agrigento. The room had a beautiful view from the window, and a great royal style, if you want to feel what it's like to be a king, then you are here ))

very little hot water in shower; many, many steep steps required for entry.
