Dina and Mario are exceptional hosts! They were readily available to help us navigate the narrow and complicated streets in Agrigento upon arrival. They were so calm, cool, and collected, which immediately made us feel at ease. Seeing Dina's warm smile made it all better! The B&B is just fantastic and has so much character. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I woke up with no back pain! In addition to Dina and Mario's warmth and friendliness, the terrace is another main attraction. Oh, and the breakfast, too! The terrace is a major "wow" factor! You get a panoramic view of the land where you can see the Templi all while you relax and enjoy a cappuccino and indulge in the several delicious savory or sweet options provided! The food is plenty and typical cuisine of Agrigento, Sicilia. The best part is you're not rushed and have the option to access the terrace any time and for however long you want. Definitely, we recommend this place!!

We loved it all!!!

The view from the terrace was incredible, especially accompanied by the epic, elegant breakfast. The building, its furnishings and artwork held so many historic details that capture the essence of Agrigento. Our hosts, Dina and Mario, were so kind and accommodating. Not only did Dina pick us up when we arrived in Agrigento, but gave us some important local knowledge, a late check out, and a “to go” bag of tasty treats from breakfast.

Compared to the breezy beauty of the terrace, the room itself was a little dark— although keeping the window shuttered is the best policy in the Sicilian sun.

Mario and Dina were so welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, both for restaurants etc. in Agrigento (of which there are many good ones), and also for the surrounding area and visiting The Valley Of Temples. The breakfasts truly are exceptional; the views from the terrace stunning (sea and temples), and the room and facilities very comfortable and spotless! Parking a real bonus in the centre of town so easy access to restaurants without the need to use the car (i.e. the ability to enjoy the wine and Amari with our meals). Would recommend 100%!

Superb location in old Agrigento with parking close by. In a lovely old building with no elevator. Excellent soundproof windows. Roof terrace overlooking the city, Valley of the Temples and the sea. Breakfast on the terrace is to die for. I can say the food and hospitality even outweighed the view. If you are driving, head just past the inn on the right to the private parking area. And just down the street is Boccerie, who make the best pizza in all Sicily (maybe Italy).

A few minor overlooked maintenance issues. The beautiful tile floors also carry noise easily.

Ten out of ten for this B&B, from the location in the city centre, the splendid terrace with view to kill, breakfast and most of all the host, Michaela for her warm reception and kind welcome. It was an impromptu stop over at Agrigento, ten minutes between the booking and us rocking up at their doorstep. There is a possibility for private parking 60 seconds away, not obvious for the narrow streets in Agrigento. There is a vibey mainstreet with plenty of cool bars, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Michaela gave us directions organised some discounts at 2 restaurants.

I found this B and B through a blog posting and I thought it sounded interesting although the hosts don’t have much English (and we don’t have much Italian). We were so glad we stayed here! Dina and Mario were so kind, even meeting us at the bus and driving us to the train when we left. The breakfasts of savory Sicilian pastries were amazing. My only complaint was that I found the bed a bit hard but my husband didn’t mind it. We also loved the roof terrace overlooking the sea.

Mario and Deena were great hosts and super friendly people. Always helpful, even taking us down the steep, wet, winding cobblestone streets in their car to the train station that his grandfather had built. They are a warm and responsible couple. Excellent service and a nice room with a very large selection of local pastries for breakfast.

The B&B is on a steep hill with very narrow streets; typical, but hard to carry rolling luggage up these streets.

Sono contenta! I had an amazing time! Dina and Mario are fabulous hosts. The panoramic view on the balcony was divino! The breakfast was "magnifico"! I loved the vintage design of the building. You could sense the presence of the past. Nostalgia. The lamps are beautiful! The location is wonderful. The majestic San lorenzo Church is just around the corner. Central to everything. I was lucky to meet Dina's sister Michaela on my travels. She recommended all the best places to visit. Grazie Mille, Torno

A unique house in historic town. We had a morning stroll in the town, it’s interesting. Location is good, only several minutes during distance to The Valley Of Temples. The host is very thoughtful, knowing we have a lot of luggages, he arranged the room on lowest floor for us. The way driving to this accommodation is complicate. The host sent me a message with a very clear indication, so that we find it quickly. If you are going with a car, please double check with the host about car parking slot, it’s limited. If it’s occupied you still can park to a public parking area, which is 5-6 minutes walking distance.

The husband and wife hosts were lovely people and very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast they served on the wonderful rooftop terrace was the best we've had in Sicily. Huge spread. The terrace overlooked the town and in the distance, you can see some of the temples. The room was clean and spacious. Location in the town was very good, close to all the restaurants and main sights.
