Hotel Diana Jardin et Spa

Everything was outstanding. All the staff is very friendly and supportive, more than usual. I have to thank you all for how you made us feel. Location is very nice, near Aosta with a confy and usefull parking right in front of the hotel. Spa and sauna are just wonderfull. In all corners of the hotel the clean is just perfect as a top 5 stars. Rooms are lange, confortable, well fitted with everything. Beds are absolutely great. Strong wifi. The breakfast offers very good quality products, clearly choice with care, for all tastes. The vibe in this hotel is special ! A great expresso. It's simple, a wonderfull experience from all points of view. We have to thank you ! This is about to do things with love !

A lovely hotel, very very clean, the staff is very kind and welcoming, ready to help and pay attention to the little details that make the difference The breakfast is very good and tasty with a large selection (including vegetables!), excellent coffee The hotel is in the center of the Aosta Valley, so it's easy to get anywhere in the valley. .The spa allowed us to enjoy a rainy day and it is also very clean and pleasant.

The shower - the hot water was not really hot and the water flow was very weak We asked the staff to deal with it but were told there was nothing they could do about it and no one else had complained about it. After a day of hiking in the mountains a lukewarm shower is a disappointing thing It's a shame because otherwise it was a perfect hotel

What wonderful staff! They all spoke English for us and seemed pleased to do so unlike other hotels! In particular Alessandro, Veronique and the gentleman who checked us out were all lovely people. The hotel is comfortable, clean, well-appointed, quiet, and easy to find by satnav. Good car parking, easy ramp access to entrance. The breakfast was excellent. We were greeted by the staff and talked through everything that was available on the buffet. The breakfast staff are excellent and friendly. We didn't use the Spa but it is another attribute if the hotel. If only the hotel had its own restaurant!

Hotel Diana was great but beware when booking if Booking.com site gives the impression there us a restaurant. There is - a 'thing' called The Hub on the ground floor below the hotel. It is NOT owned by Hotel Diana and in trying to be trendy it failed us in every way possible. If staying in Diana - and it really is excellent - find a restaurant nearby.

Everything was great from start to finish. Staff is extremely welcoming, room size is okay, clean and with a lot of storage space, bed is comfortable and breakfast has options for all tastes. Location is also amazing - great view, quiet location and within a short drive from Pila cable car and Aosta. We really enjoyed ourselves and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay :)

Only minor comment is that shower space is quite small even for a short person like me. Not something that spoiled our stay though.

We really liked this hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful, the breakfasts were very good and the mountain views from our room fabulous. Everything felt of very good quality. The location is also convenient for Aosta, while far enough from the autostrada.

It was a bit hard to find places to eat in the evening without going into Aosta, but the staff were very helpful in making suggestions and bookings for us. One evening we managed to eat in The Hub underneath the hotel, which was fine and a bit different.

Everything, the personal, the location, the room, the fast elevator. The room was very nice and big for a person. The view from the room was awesome. The sound proof of the room and door is very good. The bed very confortable. Easy to enter with baby chair or wheelchair. Very good breakfast. Definitely recommend it to you all.

At breakfast, if you wanted scrambled eggs, you had to pay an extra 4 euro. Boiled egg were for free. Don't know why is that, last time we've been there, this fee didn't exist.

Exceptional service by all staff. All staff were very friendly, professional and carried out their role efficiently. They made most other hotels look average. The hotel is very well maintained. Interior decoration and furnishing was simple, of good quality and in very good condition. Good breakfast in terms of quality and choice. The mountain view from our room was lovely. Being on the back of the property, it was very quiet. Beds comfortable and good quality linen.

The on-site restaurant is The Hub. This is a separate business, not belonging to the hotel. We had dinner at the Hub. In my opinion it is the wrong type of restaurant for Hotel Diana Jardin et Spa. Guests would probably do better by going out for dinner.

The staff were so lovely and friendly and very attentive. Lovely buffet breakfast and excellent coffee. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was closed, we had planned to eat there and after a very long day driving we were very tired so this was disappointing but the staff got us into a local Pizzeria luckily, which was good. The pillows were very bulky which my husband loved but I couldn’t use.

Everything. Views from the windows are stunning. We arrived late in the evening, bars and shops were closed, receptionist gave us glasses and ice, so we could sit in the garden with our own food and drinks, very nice! If I remember correctly, they serve breakfast from 6:30, very good, If you plan an early hike. Price was also very reasonable. We wanted to book same hotel for the next night, but it was fully booked.

We had the most enjoyable weekend at hotel Diana! The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The breakfast has plenty of good choices (coffee is great btw). The spa is extraordinary, we were not expecting such fancy spa facilities. Plus, you can privatize the spa in the evening for a unique experience! But the most enjoyable part was probably how nice and welcoming the staff was. We will be back. Thank you
