There was a wonderful non-denominational church that we attended on the same street walking distance from the hotel (CCB of Assisi). We highly recommend to visit it.
As foreigners we would have appreciated some saltier breakfast options, because we don’t eat sweets for breakfast, but as local Italian breakfast, it was great.☺️

The Hotel is located opposite SANTA MARIA DEGLI ANGELI church , which is close to Assisi Train Station. This is a large church with quiet Piazza outside. By the side of the church, you can take Line C bus to ASSISI SAINT FRANCIS SHRINE

The breakfast was good at the hotel and the staff friendly and helpful. For lunch we recommend the restaurant next door, the La Bella Trattoria degli Angeli! Beautiful décor with Nuccia ceramics that you can buy inside, and great food. The vegetables were so fresh and so good.

I like that it had a view and was close to Santa María Degli Angeli. The cappuccinos at breakfast were excellent!
The restaurant had a party with loud noise until midnight not on a holiday and the bed needs more pillows and cozier covers.

It is a good location just outside Assisi. Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli is located directly in front. It is approximately 4km walk along a well lit path to the lower carpark in Assisi. The bus stop is next to the hotel or you can easily drive to the car park.
It met our expectations for this type of hotel.
