The staff was great and helped us plenty of times. The hotel is well decorated and has a historic villa feel. The breakfast was a large croissant with choices of filling and decent cappuccino. The table had many other quick breakfast options like packaged cakes, toast, and jelly as well.

First night the A/C was not functioning and was very hot. It was late when we returned to the hotel. Since the staff is not there 24 hours we dealt with the heat that night. I did not know we could have called the staff even late at night for help. The staff resolved the issue the next morning and didn't have a problem with the A/C again.

I had a wonderful experience at Villa Marino Trevisan. Check in was easy and the facilities were outstanding. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very nice and many excellent restaurants were within an easy walk. There was ample free parking available.

The first room in which I stayed was quite small and the air conditioner did not function properly. When they were unable to fix the unit in a timely manner, I was offered another room with a functional air conditioner. Everything was exceptional in the new, larger room.

Villa Marini trevisan is in a great location! We stayed there for a week for work reason and beyond the comfort of the venue with rooms, breakfast room and great staff, it was great for us for lunch time to be close to aviano main square for a quick lunch under the sun!

This is minor issue at this stage, but as we were remote working for a week from the hotel, it would be good to have an area with a couple of desk and sofa and self service water and coffees to accommodate guests

To an Italian standard - not too much to eat at the beginning of the day and of a very good quality - breakfast here is just perfect. Moreover served by friendly and discrete staff. As for the location, a classic Italian palace with gardens right downtown (a couple of minutes walking distance to the main square) is really something.

I cannot think of anything, the place exceeded my expectations as a matter of fact

I love the location. The ski resort of Piancavallo is just 30 minutes away. I also visited the nearby town of Pordenone. The hotel is in the historic town center in a quiet location. It is elegantly decorated and the dining room has frescoes. It is reasonably priced. This was my second stay.

Some guests may prefer a hotel with 24 hour service. This hotel is staffed from 0700 to 1400. After that time guests can access the hotel with a code.

great condition very vintage, the breakfast is amazing every morning and the host are so kind and very flexible when it comes to time. The beds were great and comfortable. conveniently to a lot of local restaurants and walkable to each. 10/10 experience will come back again.

The staff didn’t show up for breakfast on our final night. we have stayed at the Villa three times. I’m sure it was a glitch or an emergency but it was inconvenient for us as we were hoping to have breakfast before setting forth on our trip home.

Proximity to town center

My siblings are very tall. The Upper bedrooms had low ceilings above the bed and toilet making it difficult for them to stand without hitting their heads. Be aware when making the reservation.

The property was absolutely stunning. I came with a few of my friends during homecoming to take pictures and stayed the night to make traveling to and from the base all weekend easier. the breakfast was amazing and my room was always clean.

the only complaint I have is the bed was exactly comfortable but it wasn’t terribile ive slept in worse hotels.
