Hotel Santin

The hotel has done an upgrade since my last visit and my room was fantastic--not cramped, especially the bathroom, but well arranged. I appreciated the hot water pot, tea, and coffee, and the shower was handy. The breakfast was generous--two coffee machines, so there was never a wait, yogurt, bread and pastries, cold cuts, eggs, cereal, dried fruit, nuts, cheese, etc. but my favorite was the selection of fresh fruit.

The rooms were clean and big, nice big bathroom. Breakfast was nice, not great, but nice. The staff were helpful. Air-conditioning was great.

This was actually bookings fault - offered triple room for 4 persons (2 adults/2 kids and 3 twin beds) which i booked automaticly without checking while driving, thinking it had at least one double bed. The hotel doesn't have 4 bed rooms, so we had to take another room and pay for it. The lady on the desk gave a discount on other room, and even reimbursed few € on check-out which I didn't expect or ask for it. Still i don't know how booking gave us this solution while it was clearly selected 4 persons. So...if there was a grade for booking it would be very low. Will i return for this hotel? Of course its nice hotel, but i will contact them directly.

Incredible staff! So kind & helpful! The ability to borrow bicycles & ride through town was a huge plus. My room's AC wasn't working, so they happily moved me to a room with AC. However, it wasn't super cold. In summer, that's huge! Water pressure was spectacular & temp was great. Breakfast offered great variety.

Beds are typical European.

Conference hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

If you have light sleep, bring earplugs because the train truck will keep you awake or will wake you up. The breakfast is a lot of sweet and could have a bit more savory options

Convenient for old part of town. Clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff doing room cleaning and in the breakfast room.

Small shower only with temperamental tap. Bathroom fixings generally on the cheap and cheerful side. Toilet flush got stuck a couple of times in a down position and needed a thump to free up.

breakfast needs improvement. They should keep fresh fruit,should be served in small pieces.option of live chef who prepare atleast eggs according to guest demand.

Room was spacious and clean, noiseless and air conditioner worked. Breakfast very good! WiFi is worked OK. Location OK, near to train station.

Hotel was clean, modern and in a perfect location for my needs. No negative issues.

Breakfast choice very limited but food was ok. Coffee not particularly nice but drinkable.

The hotel is very nice and neat, and great location too. All staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was fantastic too.
