Sparkling clean, comfy, lovely views, plenty of parking. Great, helpful staff. Good for a short stay, great for an even longer stay.

A 15 min walk to town for many amazing local restaurants, or a 2-3 min drive.

This place is amazing, good value for money. You have an amazing view, a nice pool and a good restaurant for diner (the best sunset point). Is super clean and the staff was very nice. You have the option to get breakfast for 12 euro/person - this is a bit expensive compared to what they offer.

The only downside is that to get there you definitely need a car and the roads aren’t the best but I guess this is the case in Sicily. You have a nice sandy beach 5 minute drive from the place but you can also drive around the island for more spectacular water.

We booked this Hotel spontaneously because we didn`t like another one Hotel which we booked in advance for 2 nights. So we were looking for something available for today and not far from Airport (because it was our last night on Sicily). And we were impressed by this Hotel! It was charry on the cake for our Sicilian vacation! I really appreciate places which are done with love and attention to details - this is exactly the Place! We loved everything! Incredible view from the pool, very good dinner on the terrace (quality of the food and vine was much better than we had in expensive popular restaurants during our trip), all the details of the Hotel (different areas for different type of the activities, decor, free beach umbrellas for client, view from our room, interesting breakfast (the variety of food was not really big, but everything was tasty, interesting and in a good quality (as if visiting good friends house). So the level of comfort which we`ve got for the amount of money we paid was incredible. Highly recommended!

We didn`t try to reach nearby town but seems that it`s not easy to do without car

Beautiful views of the bay and San Vito lo Capo. Close to the center of Balestrate, 2 minutes away by car. The owner has arranged a great car rental for 37 euros per day, if renting for 7 days is included in the price and airport transfer to the accommodation and back. Room cleaning including new towels every two days. Beautiful pool with a gradual entry into the water, ideal for children. Very helpful staff, helpful to everyone

Older children's playgrounds. t would take a maintenance and fix everything before anything happens to anyone. Weaker breakfast, but it is possible that it was due to the fact that our stay was out of high season. Without a car I do not recommend.

The grounds are beautiful. Location is perfect - 5 minutes away from Balestrate centre, with all major sights/towns can be reached in less than 1 hour by car. Staff were helpful. Super comfy bed!

Pool water level needs topping up and lining stained. Bathrooms slightly outdated and toilet seats needing alignment. Card access to room did not work. Billiard needs maintenance. Cleaning of room only done every 2 days.

Absolutely amazing view from the swimming pool, advise to spend time there and watch the sunset, the area is very clean, green and well maintained. Very welcoming and friendly staff with good English which is rare in Italy. Good breakfast.

Internet connection. Very poor in the room and did not work when I needed to pay.

We spent only two nights in the guesthouse after the season (October) so I can give an opinion mainly for the room and the views :) The pool and shared area is very spectacular and quite well organized. I also saw a very nice playground and a place to play volleyball or make a barbecue. The views are very impressive. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and well stocked. Worth considering that the location is not the best without a car. Overall I would recommend, especially in high season!

There was a small problem with setting the water temperature in the shower.

It was beautiful place with sea view pool. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly professional and helpful. There was a cool bar connected to pool, so one can chill and take a drink any time during the day (or night) he/she wants. Room was very clean and nice. Parking spots are available for the guests, which is very convenient- it is also very close (by car) to Zingaro (beautiful park where you can hike and swim in beautiful Cristal clear water), Palermo. They is also small town close by and walking distance public beach.

A more extensive lunch menu (some of the simpler items on the excellent night menu, perhaps some arrancini, pizza, patisserie etc)

The place is really nice and clean with a good breakfast which we had outside on the terrace in the sun. The bungalows are really nice, as well as the staff which were really helpful with ordering pizza for us :) Thank you for a very nice stay!
