Modern, clean and nice equipped accomodation with everything you need. You can park your car on the street, infront of accomodation, there are always some free spaces. Infront of the room is very nice garden to relax. The accomodation is close to the center and the beach of Terassini. You can go walking.The owner - Marco is very responsive, he answeres all your questions imediately. He helped us with transfer from rentacar and to airport Palermo. Because of early flight in the morning, we missed the breakfast, but Marco brought us the best croissants in Sicily. This accomodation is very nice if you want to relax on the beach, explore Terassini city or if you need accomodation close to Palermo airport because of early or late flight. Dont worry, the owner will help you with everything.

Everything was super! I tottaly recommend this accomodation, I would choose it again, with no doubt.

Communication with our host, Marci, was great. The rooms were nice and clean. There were bottles of water left for us, and the breakfast was AMAZING! We would definitely stay here again. Don't be fooled by the look from the street. There was construction happening on the house in front of this property. During the night, when we arrived, it looked like a derelict property, and the door to the walkway to the property was hard to spot. We thought, "OH no! What did we get ourselves into?" However, once we found the door, and walked in, we were in a lovely yard, and the property was great. In the morning we could see that the "derelict" house was just a house being refurbished.

Marco is a great host. Friendly, welcoming, helpful with information/advice and airport transportation. The B&B is located down the road from the center of the town. Everything is walkable. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast at the neighboring cafe is a nice addition. Some reviews say that it is disappointing because a bakery item and a coffee is small but it is a typical local breakfast and the almond croissant at this cafe is delicious! Great stay and Terrasini at Easter should not be missed!

The building has 5 rooms together so as with most B&Bs the tranquility of your stay will be determined by the politeness/quietness of your neighboring guests. We were not so lucky as one room was loud but it was not a major disruption, just bad luck.

Marco, the proprietor is very helpful and friendly having been in contact with us from the moment of booking trough our stay. We booked his property in order to get our flights from Palermo airport the next day and we’re surprised with a beautiful city (Terrasini), good food and beautiful coast. Besides that, and the important part here, is that the room is well located, perfect for when you have to wait a flight as it’s not in the centre but in short walking distance. Well kept and very comfortable. Breakfast in his restaurant next door was very nice as well.

Breakfast was at a cafe closeby which had a nice selection. Bed and room was big and you could walk to Terrasini center and the beach. There was also free on-street parking. Marco was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, always with suggestions whenever we asked for anything.

The main door faces the garden which is full of light at night - very safe but the light seeps into the room where there is the bed. We unplugged 1 of it (and plugged it back when we left) but if was just possible to have less light into the room at night it would be GREAT.

good location close to the airport. Parking was right out front on the street. That’s a big plus if you’re driving. Was easy to drive or walk down to the waterfront and restaurants. Marco was exceptional. He went out of his way to help me. another big plus for me was a good sized shower. Not the typical tiny square shower that you can’t even bend over in.

The in room amenities were good, but the walls were vacant of any decoration making it look very barren. I would suggest at least some wall, decorations, paintings, prints, photos, anything to break up the big blank wall space

Host Marko was really friendly and helpfull, he gave his contact information as soon as we arrived so we could ask him anything regarding our stay in Sicily and checked with us every few days to make sure how we were doing and wheter we needed any help. Marko even brought us scales late in the evening so we could weight our baggage to make sure it does not exceed the weight limit due bought souvenirs. Rooms have good air conditioner and fridge. Room was cleaned daily. Garden was really nice with pleasant lawn where to sit and relax. There was no "hotel safe" available in the room to store valuables but that was not a big issue as the area is secure with restricted acess to hotel property + each rooms have good locks and the area has video surveillance. There was only one trash bin in the room which was in the bathroom an additional trash bin in the room under/next to the desk would've been handy. Be carefull/advised about parking and overall driving culture in Sicilly as somehow someone managed to bumb into our rental car which was perfectly parked onto the street next to the hotel so do not save money on rental car insurance in Sicilly as they do not care about scratching/benting bumpers.

In a quiet location away from the main road but within a maximum of 10 mins walk (stroll) to the nearest beach and to where the shops and many eating areas are. From the outside the property is unassuming, in front of the apartments is a lovely grassed area lined with palm trees, chairs and tables to sit out. There is also a kitchen in a lovely covered area with microwave/grill, hot plate, coffee maker, some crunchy sealed breads, table and chairs. The room is the ‘wow’ factor. I have added photos that will show the beautiful rooms. There is very comfortable bed where we slept really well, a fridge, wardrobe, desk and chair, a kettle, coffee etc.. bottle opener, toiletries, towels, bedside lamps, blackout blinds and curtains, a shower and we chose one of the rooms with the corner jacuzzi bath, amazing. The apartment and outside was spotlessly clean. The owner was so helpful and friendly with advice about local restaurants, beaches, shops and more. I wish we could have stayed longer. i have written this review with as much information I can think of, all the things I look for when booking somewhere. I would definitely go back and stay at this property and also the area as it is beautiful and very quaint.

Nothing at all

Location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre. Marco was very responsive and was always willing to help. Provided great recommendations which made our stay even better. Was also kind enough to arrange transport to and from the property with a mini tour of Terrasini. No complaints what so ever. Would highly recommend. Thanks for everything and good luck!

Marco was an exceptional host, he picked us up from the airport and gave us a quick tour of the town in the car, he kept us posted with the festival that was happening in Terrasini and gave us recommendations for restaurants. He couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! The room was so spacious, really clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was really nice. We loved the little kitchen area outside and the garden was absolutely stunning!! The breakfast was at a cafe near by, they had great coffee!

The breakfast was quite stodgy, lots of pastries (absolutely delicious but I think we would have given it a miss sometimes if we were staying longer than 3 days).
