Excellent location in the city. Near a train station and shops. The staff is very helpful - angela, ahmed andri 

The elevator is very small and old. I didn't like that they promised a certain price for transportation to the hotel and then changed it to a higher amount even though they were told the flight time. 

Fantastic. Location was amazing. All staff were amazing. Directly across from train station so ideal location for exploring Matera, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare or even further. It is located on the corner of the main shopping street and about 8 min walk to Bari old town which is wonderful. Dont be put off by the slightly dreary entrance. When you reach the reception on the 3rd floor all will be revealed. Reception is bright and airy with free coffee making facilities at all times. Rooms are spotless with lovely decor. There is a fridge in the room. Also air conditioning and a fan. The shower is one of the best I have ever experienced! There is a small balcony where you can observe the night life. Breakfast is delivered each morning to your door. You choose what you want from a list and what time you would like it delivered and leave in reception the night before. Loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend. Missing it already!

The apartment was very nice. Everything was ready when we arrived at 11am. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff is amazing and very friendly. Everything smelled amazing as well. The breakfast is great. Perfect to start your day off and explore the region. Location is very good, just 10 min walk through the pedestrian are of the new city to reach the old town. You're two minutes away from the train station and metro station. A plus, the provided toiletries have an amazing scent. Also, the room was cleaned with fresh sheets and towels daily throughout the stay. Our room had a view to the internal yard and was very quiet although not the best view. If you're looking for balcony views, getting a room looking outwards is the way to go as the fountain and piazza in front of the building are lovely.

The location is excellent, especially if you travel by train. The train station Bari Centrale is just across the street, but the area is still safe and beautiful. Directly behind the hotel begins a large pedestrian area with shopping and a park, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and you can even find books in english, german, spanish and french in some book shops when you ran out of somethig to read like I did :) The old town is also very quick and pleasant to reach on foot. Since we were traveling with backpacks, especially the shower after arrival was exceptional. It is a rain shower and felt like wellness. The room itself was small but very well and stylishly furnished as shown in the photos. It was very clean, there is an air conditioning, a fan and a minibar with free cooled water. The staff was very helpful, very nice and courteous and quick in answering our requests. We were allowed to leave our backpacks after our check out until our night train left. There was breakfast where everyone can find something good to eat, the fresh vegetables were great. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and find the whole concept very great! I really loved my stay here. The room was well equipped and clean. The location is great - very central, close to the main tourist attractions and next to the main station - perfect if you are going to/from the airport or taking a train to explore other places in Puglia (Polignano Al Mare, Taranto, Lecce etc.) The staff was very nice. Even when I forgot my necklace at my room when leaving, they were kind enough to send it to me back via post! I can highly recommend staying here

The only downside I can think of is that it was a bit trick for me to find the first time (there is no sign, only the doorbell has the name of the b&b)

The Hotel is very close to Bari Centrale, a lot of restaurants, shops and markets nearby. Bari Citta Vecchia is at 15-20 minutes walking from hotel. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We liked the ceiling fan and no AC was necessary. The breakfast was great and served on the balcony. All staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we will choose the same hotel if we will ever go back to Bari. Travel kit was very welcome :)

Not necessarily bother us, but it is a little bit noisy because Bari Centrale is a very crowded location.

The hotel is situated in a very strategic location opposite to the main train station of Bari. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just underneath the B&B, it is also very close to the main attractions and to old Bari. I was also happy by their recommendations as we ate twice from "La Murattiana" & "Peppo", so I would also strongly recommend them too. The B&B itself is very nice and cozy, we had a nice double bedroom equipped with all that we needed, we also had a nice balcony overlooking the main train station square and we could also see the main street leading to Old Bari. Breakfast was served daily to our room by filling a sheet the day before, this was very convenient and helpful for us since we had a small baby giving us more time to prepare in the morning, the owners of the place were very nice and helpful with all that we needed. I would definitely recommend and return to this place in the future.

The lift was too small for us, having a baby with us we had to close and open the stroller all the time, but the rest was fine.

Location was extremely convenient for hop on and off trains, which were directly in front of the B&B. The Pullman station was also within easy walking distance. Just around the corner, there was the main shopping street which brought you into old Bari. Espresso machine available at your convenience. Breakfast was a little weak, not accustomed to packaged toasts and not having my scrambled eggs, but nonetheless, there was no limitations on how much you could eat, just ask in advance.

Being directly above McDonald’s meant you had to deal with lots of noise until at least midnight. The B&B provided ear plugs but I am not comfortable with them. The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy so between the 2 distractions, I did not get a very good sleep.

The location was good, however you need to be aware of the loud street life under the balconies. I liked the fact there is a parking right under the balcony, so you can check on your car and also having breakfast in bed was a nice touch. It was clean and well kept, everything as advertised.

I didnt like the homeless people in the area as many are high and we were chased and disturbed one time. This was not how the city or area looks so it was extremely disappointing that the little park in front of the accommodation and McDonalds under the balconies area are full of junkies and/or homeless people. BATHROOM SHOWER - super slippery, very uncomfortable to shower as always need to beware to not fall. I also did manage to fall and there is a step before you go in the shower, which is super weird why is it even there, I cut my foot open on it by accident. Which is not something common for me as I am a super careful person, these things dont happen to me. It made the rest of my stay very uncomfortable.

The check in was super easy, staff on site explained everything. There is a code for the floor of your room but the building is also locked at night when the guard leaves for the night, you’ll have a key to unlock to get in so it feels super safe. The location was right at the start of everything. There are metered parking in front of the building, 2 euro an hour from 8:30 to 8:30, parking machines takes money and cards but it’s easier to navigate with paper money and coins. It’s free parking outside those times. There is a daily parking garage around the corner for 18 euros a day that’s recommended by the property so that’s the reduced rate. There are also elevators so you don’t have to carry luggages for 3 floors which is a HUGE plus. We had the leave super early for our flight and they packed us a little breakfast for it the day before, such a nice gesture! The staff was super responsive to our AC shutting off and on, looked at it to fix right away.

We found a couple of random rants in the bathroom but nowhere else.
