Nice and comfortable stay. Location is great, only 10mins away by foot from the old town of Bari where most of the interesting locals and places to visit are. Host was really friendly and helped with some good info about where to have dinner and other places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was simple but well varied; espresso machine and milk frothier were a good addition to the kitchen appliances. The room was clean and well heated. There was everything that would be needed both in the bedroom and bathroom. A bit tricky to find a parking spot in the area but that is nothing related to B&B itself, it looked that parking is usually an general issue everywhere in the city so as suggestion, find a spot and leave the car for the rest of the stay, walking in

Convenient location, within walking distance from Bari Central station and easy to reach city center on foot. Amazing host, he also prepared a great breakfast basket for each room, and encouraged us to use the cool coffee machine as well as the foamer. The pantry was full of cakes, nuts and snack that guests were welcomed to enjoy. Our room was spacious with very nice balcony, comfy bed and well-furnished bathroom.

The apartment is on 7th floor but there was an elevator, so nothing to really complain about. We really enjoy our stay :)

Room is beautiful with a fantastic outdoor balcony with table and chairs to enjoy. While not the prettiest side of Bari, it is great balcony to look over the city (it is the highest floor). Each room gets given their own basket of goodies to use. The coffee provided is amazing.

As this is not a hotel, there is no permanent reception. You need to communicate with the staff prior to your arrival. While not a major issue, the staff are not as responsive as one would expect in arranging a check in.

everything was perfect, the room beautiful and clean, the Host really nice to us, really Close to the center and right NexT to the train station.

the other guests didn’t understand the rules with the door from the apartment. it happend twice with diferent girls that stayed in the other rooms to lock us outside and then to answer the door after 10-20 min. I don’t understand what was so hard for them to understand to not use that lock or at least to answer the door. But it was not the Host fault because he is explaining very clear to not use that lock.

The host was very nice, left us loads of treats in the kitchen (fruit, coffee, yogurts, drinks, water, traditional sweets…).You stay in an apartment with 3 rooms. We had a private bathroom but the kitchen was shared. the breakfast was at a nearby cafe and consisted of coffee or orange juice and a croissant of choice. The house is around 20 minutes walk to the old centre but is near the train station what for us was ideal. The premises were very clean and very organised. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

possibility of hearing sounds from other bedrooms but you can also get that in a hotel!

The room we rented was a part of a 3-bedroom appartament on the 7th floor of the condominium. So be ready to see the owner at least once per day for check in of new arrivals and someone who is entering your room in your absence to do some cleaning (which we actually were not informed about). However, overall the owners are very nice. It’s just the question of privacy. The appartment is located not in the nicest part of the city, but very close to the train station (10 min) and to the city center (around 20 min walking). Next to the condominium there is a supermarket, some bakeries and bars and on the same street very nice pizzeria. Our room was very nice and comfortable with all you need for a short stay. In the appartment there is also a kitchen, however due to COVID restrictions it’s not really usable, except of making coffe, using fridge. But also there are plenty of sweet snacks, fruits, different tea/coffee there, that you are welcome to take during the day. Also, you get a voucher for a breakfast in the bar next to the building (coffe + croissant).

Great accommodation, with a detailed attention to the cleaning of the house. Close to the Bari Centrale station, which facilitates visiting the cities nearby. Also, there are some panification stores nearby from where you can buy specific italian foccacia or sandwiches. The owner is very focused on details, and makes you feel very welcomed. I recommend it as its a very cozy room, with a great balcony when you can enjoy the breakfast.

First things first - brilliant location, within 10 minute walk of Bari Central station, which conveniently connects you to pretty much every place of interest in the region. Although the apartment is in close proximity to the railway station, the neighborhoods looks safe and it’s relatively clean. The accommodation itself was superb, one of the best we have ever stayed at. Every room has its own theme, ours was Terra and everything was in pleasant earthy tones. We loved the interior and all the small details and decorations, which give it a really homey look. Everything looks brand new and it is pristine clean. There is a beautiful and spacious private balcony, where you can enjoy the city life from up above. There is a shared kitchen, equipped with everything one can think of and it’s as clean as the rest of the apartment. The free Wi-Fi connection was very fast and stable. Now, what we were most impressed by, was the hospitality of Rosita and Damiano, who went far and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. It’s obvious they enjoy what they do and we feel really lucky to have met them and have them as our hosts.

The place has everything we needed and it is visible that it is organized with great care! the choice for breakfast was big, the coffee was delicious! location was perfect for us- around 10 minutes on foot from the central station, close to the city center as well!
