QC Terme Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi

The hotel is located in a beautiful natural park area, and has its own excellent well-groomed park. The views and air are extraordinary. There are different pools in the park, sun beds are located on the grassy lawns. This and the thermal baths are the most attractive in the hotel. Our room was in an annex building, the amenities were as advertised, it was cozy. But the rooms were small, which did not match the photos on the website. For lovers of hiking and cycling, the conditions are excellent.

The nature and the thermal baths excuse the shortcomings, but... The quality of the food in the restaurant did not match the level of the hotel. The choice of food at breakfast was poor. After 9 o'clock in the morning you may not receive any of the products - they are not reported as needed. Showcases where breakfast is served look very sloppy. As for dinners, it is better to take the menu of the day. It will be food prepared on the same day with fresh ingredients, and some of these dishes were quite tasty.

the only negative note is the crowd in the thermal area after 11.00 am. In my opinion, to make the thermal SPA more exclusive (it is still a 5 start hotel and resort), the number of not-hotel-guests allowed should be reduced.

Great hot springs and spa.

Our room was in the other building, the front desk staff didn't mention it and we had to figure that out by ourselves. Didn't mention the parking garage as well, also not very helpful.

I like to have terms just in the hotel, big variety and good location.

we didn’t like that during our staying for a week, aperitif every day was exactly the same, same snacks same chips…as a 5 star hotel would be fine to make it a bit different every day…it’s so many types of pizza in Italy, come on. Also breakfast - it is big variety of food, but SAME every day: same cheese and same cold cuts :/ no changes. In our room also it was all the time smell of the grey (toilet water), maybe in general, maybe you can smell it from other rooms - but really not nice :/ The last thing - if you confirm cancellation of the massage service, since we called to warn that we are not coming, Whould be good to tell us that we PAY anyway!!! For the massage that we didn’t even have

We stayed in an apartment in a building close to the hotel - it was great, modern and spacious, set up to a high standard (nice and clean bathroom, nespesso coffee machine, kitchen, Dyson, sound system). We had access to spa included and we could use it on both arrival and full departure day - which we really appreciated! We also got a complimentary aperitivo (which we did not expect!). Breakfast was fabulous, set out in a beautiful sala, included selection of savory food (omelette, cheese, bresaola, salmon - all superb) and sweets / cakes / yoghurt etc. Wonderful! We could use free covered parking with allocated spot. Spa was nice, some selection of outside warm baths and pools. Personnel was very gentle. Would greatly recommend apartment plus spa package, we found it has better value vs hotel rooms and more spacious

Spa was at times overcrowded, and while selection of outside warm pools was good, we found a choice of saunas pretty limited. Some were closed (ie hammam) probably due to covid. Had to queue to get space (4 people per spa room). But nice experience still to unwind for a day! We got apartment in -1 floor which was not too nice, but OK.

Amazing breakfast and the best spa I have ever been to. The breakfast menu offered make ip yourself juicing of fruits and vegetables. The spa had mutiple rooms and facilities with a variety of hot tubs and saunas. Although there were of lot of visitors there was enough space to accomodate all.

The room could have had a balcony.

Hotel is amazing and the rates that seems expensive, actually is not because it includes entrance in the SPA for all the days of the stay. The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to the service that is offered.

We were in delay for the dinner and we have told to the reception to inform the restaurant, but when we went there one of the waiter in a bad mode made us feeling uncomfortable to be there. Really an unpleasant moment.

The hotel and the food in the restaurant of the hotel were very good. The spa is beautiful but too many external people (not clients of the hotel) can access so it’s always very busy. The room are a little bit old, but the jacuzzi inside the bathroom was perfect to relax in private.

The staff were amazing. I proposed to my partner here, the wonderful staff helped me find a location, decorated it and helped to make it truly special.

Perhaps the clientele. No fault of the hotel. however as a brown couple, we got an awful lot of looks from other visitors.
