Hotel Castello Artemide Congressi

The hotel is excellent in every way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offered recommendations for restaurants, and gave simple instructions on how to use the public transportation. The location is near a beautiful walking path that offers plenty of shade. There's a park with a playground and plenty of space to play sports or just sit and enjoy the view. There are multiple fountains available to refill water bottles at the park also. There's a swimming pool next to the hotel and you can get a discount voucher from the hotel to use it. There's a great Cafe and ice cream shop across from the park. All of this is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The parking is easy. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

The staff who served us were outstanding! Our sincere thanks to Allesandra, Kevin and Jay. The quality of their service was exceptional. The restaurant setting/facilities were very pleasing and the menu was excellent. Complimenti al cuoco. The breakfast was also delightful in terms of variety and quality, both sweet and savoury. It was treat to have some lovely brie.

We were very happy with everything. Whilst not a criticism, the availability of a slightly larger room would have been a bonus because we were carrying a large amount of luggage to which we needed access.

Absolutely fantastic experience, a beautiful room which was upgraded. We had breakfast included which included a large selection of breakfast options including gluten free. The best part of the hotel are the staff who were all super friendly. Especially during check-in, where we were introduced by Hani. A lovely young, friendly woman who was extremely helpful and chatty. Then on checkout with Marzia who was really kind and helpful even providing us with free water due to the heat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a relaxing stay.

Staff was very helpfull when we told the problem of breaking in in our van and helped us to put the rest of our stuff safely. Very friendly. Clean and big rooms. Breakfast excellent.

The hotel was super, staff was super. Unfortunately gangsters broke in 2 times in 1 day on 2 different locations in our Company van. One was around the hotel, other was in Imola. Unfortunately there were no camera's outside at the hotel, only inside. We decided to go home because we were scared. They helped us and understood.

Good location,we had a stop over.Not far from the autostrada,good to reach. Had parking just in front of Lobby. Reception was very warm and friendly. Our big dog was very welcome even in the breakfast room and restaurant(wich is not standard in Italy). Our room was very clean and had everthing you need for the stay,fridge,safe,hair dryer... The bed was awesome.We planned just 1 night,but turned out to be 2.It's close to the Therme an a Golf course. Breakfast is Great all you need Will certainly stay there for the next time we pass by. Not far away is a Outlet Center with 100 shops and the little town is worth a visit too.

The hotel is easy to find with a great number of free parking spaces. The room is quitey spacious, the bathroom is of good size too and comes with a bidet. The bed is very comfortable, we like to sleep on a hard surface, ours was obviously new. Pillows were OK and we even found another one in the wardrobe. Receptionist was extra nice and helpful.

Breakfast was quite simple. If you have a sweet tooth you would value this greatly because there were a big choice of sweets, muffins, cakes. Probably due to soaring energy prices the hotel tries to cut down on energy costs, so we found the room a little cold when we arrived.

As I arrived after midnight, was very convenient that the reception works 24/7 (far not everywhere in Italy this option is available). Was upgraded free of charge as a courtesy for a new guest. Room was great, bed big and comfy, bed linens crispy. Breakfast was more that enough - tasty scramble, mini croissants and cappuccino make it perfect for me. Staff was absolutely amicable. Provided me with a bottle of water at the check out, which saved time on the way to my final destination as I was running late and had no time to stop at petrol stations or supermarkets.

This is a very nice Hotel with friendly staff. It was easy to find driving there from a distance. The location is perfect to relax or having a bath at the nearby "terme". Parking for a car available for free. The city center is walking distance where you can find good and affordable restaurants to have a nice dinner. The whole town seems to be quiet and safe. Be sure to visit the Garden of Angels “IL GIARDINO DEGLI ANGELI” before sunset (public park, free entrance) it is a unique experience!

The hotel is in a very nice location! There is a park within a walking distance and is also close to the city of Bologna! The room was large and very clean and the bed was huge and comfortable!!! Breakfast was also very good! There is, also, a parking right outside the hotel’s entrance (open, i.e., no height limitation)! The staff at the reception is very polite and helpful!

Perhaps, the water pressure was a bit low, but could be a temporary thing.

The guy on reception was very friendly & helpful. He made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good & the ladies we saw at breakfast were also cheerful & helpful. Our room was lovely & the bed was comfortable. We had all the facilities we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. It was a comfortable & enjoyable stay & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
