The friendly staff makes your day. If you stay for a week or more, it's great to have some personal attention during breakfast or dinner. As an example. They know your room number or coffee reference. The staff in the dining room does! The rooms are simple but comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean.

Actually, I don't know anything. The design of the room might not be your style but that is a personal thing. I perceived it as quite enthusiastic.

Aiden by Best Western JHD Dunant is an exclusive designer hotel, which perfectly represents the atmosphere of modernity thanks to the works of art that live in it. It is an "art container" of 78 unique and exclusive rooms dedicated to Jean-Henri Dunant, the founder of Croce Rosso. The room was equipped with air conditioning, high-quality soundproofing, minibar, private safe, high-speed Wi-Fi and LCD TV. Parking is free. breakfast with extra charge. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, ready to help.

Really nicely decorated hotel, rooms are basic but with everything you need. Bed very comfortable, away from noisy town. Very close to the lake

We would like to thank Giada for helping to find a dentist for my husband , which was not an easy task. She was always very helpful with anything we asked for.

The design of the lobby and the breakfast area was very dark for us, it was a bit oppresive. Breakfast was fine, but there was no lactose-free milk which I asked before arrival, therefore the breakfast was free.

Staying at this hotel is a unique experience. The interior is so special and beautiful that you just walk around the hotel with a big smile on your face. The staff are incredible at making you feel at home and welcome. The breakfast is really good and fresh!

Very interesting interior, with some rooms better than others. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Free parking available. Decent breakfast. Nearby town is gorgeous. Several Michelin rated restaurants nearby, and a ride to Lake Garda or Verona is quick and easy.

A bit remote, with nondescript surroundings. The nearby town and neighborhoods are lovely, but air can smell of animal stock every once in a while. It wasn’t unbearable, just something to take note of.

Friendly staff, nice rooms and I loved the unique decoration of the hotel.

We were really missing a wardrobe in the room and the food choice at breakfast is very limited.

Lovely staff, unusual features made it a unique stay, close enough for visiting and nice and quiet to sleep, comfy large bed, everything we needed!

Staff very welcoming and helpful. They were the ones saving a bad day (that had nothing to do with the hotel, but they were very supportive)

Very noisy (thin walls?) but nothing some ear buds won’t solve.

maybe not the ideal position if you want to reach the lake or the parks on garda (gardaland, caneva), as it is a bit far and you need to use your car
