Borgo Romantico Relais

the suite was absolutely beautiful, very large, with two separate bedrooms with a proper door between, with a shower room and also a second toilet which was useful for three of us. The balcony was huge with lovely views over the vines and olive trees. The suite was beautifully furnished and decorated-very pretty. The buffet breakfast was excellent with options for all needs ie:gluten free, and the serving staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived very late due to traffic problems, we were contacted by the manager before arrival and he reassured us that there would be somebody to check us in, even though reception closes at 2230pm, we eventually arrived at 2300 after getting lost and having to call the manager again for directions, when we arrived he couldn't have been nicer, he was so welcoming-he even called two local restaurants as we hadn't eaten and arranged for one of them to make us pizza, and gave us drinks on the house as he could see we were a little stressed-incredible service from a very kind person. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on departure, made from the grapes on the property.

Nothing, it was wonderful and I would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay and liked everything, but to name a few: 1) perfect location - quiet and beautiful, in the middle of a vineyard and surrounded by olive trees; a short drive to lake Garda, Bardolino, other towns and Gardaland. 2) the owner and the staff (especially at the pool bar) - always nice and helpful, always smiling 3) the swimming pool - big, clean, with a lot of space around it, comfy lounge chairs and a nice little bar with drinks and food 4) the garage - spacious and covered (an essential detail especially in August) 5) wonderful wine from the hotel's vineyard 5) one night we attended a concert / dinner at the hotel, with great jazz music and amazing food. I don't know how often there is a such a chance, but we loved it.

The rooms are huge, modern and very clean. The whole hotel is very clean and has a good vibe. The pool is amazing. The breakfast is rich and has meats/cheeses/egg/vegetables/fruit etc. The location itself is beautiful and close to the lake and to numerous attractions.

There's a ridiculous 3 euro charge for taking extra towels to the pool. The room has absolutely no cutlery or cups for making tea or coffee, some basic kettle could really go a long way.

Breakfast is good - plenty! lovely location - summer/spring would be ideal to enjoy the lovely surroundings and swimming pool!. We bought plenty of the wine made there to take home! The tasting session was amazing, thanks Alexandra!! Staff all lovely, nice suite, close to many pretty towns and plenty to do! We will be back! Thank you!

Loved it!

Overall was great. The hotel is very beautiful. Bedroom are confortable and clean, spacious and we had a room with a t’écrase overlooking the vineyard. the restaurant next door is a must do ! we did not use the pool because of the time of the year but it seem like a great spot ! parking is easy and convenient. it’s a great location to visit both Lake Guarda & Valpolicella

The only minus is the location near the highway. even if we could not ear noise in our bedroom at night time. i thought the car / truck noise was taking a bit of the peace / Charm from the place.

We had an excellent stay at the Borgo. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Plenty of storage available. The breakfast area overlooks the perfectly kept grounds. Staff was very courteous. Location is excellent. There’s a varied selection of restaurants and pizzerias in the area, but if you want to wander further out, Bardolino is just a 10 minute drive away. I will certainly return.

It was perfect. Nothing I disliked.

Environment, staff, nothing was problem, Very beautiful building And surroundings, in the Middle od the wineyards, very peaceful And romantic, refreshing (cool) Water in the pool ,

Only downside might be the location very near to highway, So you can hear Cars... On the other Hand if you Close the window IT Is Věry quiet And it Is ok :)

A very beautiful, very well-maintained hotel complex. We felt very comfortable and it will not be the last time we stayed at the Borgo Romantico Relais. The rooms were large, the furnishings top, the outdoor area incl. pool and vineyard very beautiful, the breakfast delicious.

If there is one point of criticism - and it is difficult to blame the hotel for this - it is the noise from the nearby motorway.

Very relaxing location and well appointed accomodation. The staff were exceedingly helpful. Great find for us. Able to bike to the lake and along the foreshore between towns. Had dinner down the road at Osteria Tenuta Preela which was in walking distance and delightful

A standard hotel, help yourself breakfast. Attractive site with very clean and good-sized pool.

It would have helped if there were maps for walking and cycling in the area available.
