Aperol Spritz very pricey at the pool bar, miscommunication with the staff upon arrival about the restaurant and SPA booking, average and pricey food at restaurant Oseleta (bad vegetarian food), bleak staff at reception the day we arrived, a lot of ants in the bedroom

As a family of 4, we recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Villa and we must say, it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We'd like to give a special shout-out to the lady from Jakarta who served us at breakfast - her service was exceptional and she made our morning so much brighter! The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The building itself is full of character and charm, with a soulful history that is evident in every detail. Wort to mention is definitely the hotel's enchanting garden. It was almost magical, with lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that made us feel like we were in a different world. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a peaceful and charming getaway. The kind and attentive staff, the quiet surroundings, the charming building, and the magical garden all make for an unforgettable experience.

I was too late for booking a spa. If you want to book a Spa, book it in advance :) Outside swimming pool - was expected to be heated, but unfortunately, it is not.

Everything here was exceptional! Rooms, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, spa, bike hire, walking trail, just everything! We had the tasting menu on the first night, the food was excellent. The sommelier was very helpful and chose a very nice wine for us, without pushing the most expensive wines. Drinks at the bar came with light nibbles. The rooms were beautifully furnished, with all the nice touches, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Swimming pool was very nice, towels were provided and there was a pool bar and a gym.

There was literally nothing that I didn't like apart from my stay was too short! I hope to return in the next few years.

A beautiful building in a gorgeous setting. It was a very relaxing environment. Also there was a nice pool area. The food in both the terrace and main restaurants was excellent. Both meals were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. thank you!

The room we had was beautifully furnished and a good size. however, given the price point, it was essentially an attic room with a large beam that restricted headroom in part of the room. The breakfast was disappointingly average and chaotic. we also had to chase up our orders 3 times. The same happened at the bar the prior evening. My expectations of service and attention to detail are based on where I stay. so, having an ashtray with cigarette butts not cleared until we asked from our table here I think shows a lack of attention to detail whereas a bar in say Verona I would be more forgiving. It is such a wonderful place and it’s a shame breakfast is my last recollection. I would also have 2 staff on checkout at 1030.

The room was authentic and beautifully decorated respecting the heritage and history of the place. Dinner at the Osoleto Restaurant was an experience, had the Scampi with Almond milk twice. The surrounding vineyards are well kept and impressive.

The breakfast was average compared to other 5 star establishments, but it also has to do with the fact that Italians are in general not great breakfast foodies anyway and that kind of sticks. However, given that the vast majority of visitors are northern european something the Hotel might want to consider, in particular since the dinner experience is so much better. But overall a super stay

We are here for the 3rd time and knowing will be a great stay again: great facility, great food and everyone there are super professional and friendly, especially Paolo is always there to give us some tips around the area. Will definitely be there many more times.

It was warm in the bedroom at night so we had to open the window which did make it noisy around midnight looking out on to the courtyard when the facilities were shutting down and the staff moving things around in the club cars

Lovely historic house with fantastic wine and comfortable beds. Beautiful clean pool and spa area. We borrowed rather rustic bikes but it was fun. Sadly for us no tennis court but otherwise wonderful grounds to enjoy. Restaurants were great too. Recommend.

this hotel is the best on the aria Garda the kitchen is super bud also the hotel and the people who are working there the director is always helping and that for 24 ours

Everything about Villa Cordevigo was 1st Class at it's best! The property and grounds are absolutely stunning. The staff is top notch professional. Loved every moment of our stay. Only regret is that we could not stay longer.
