The host Pia was so friendly, kind and helpful. We could not have asked for someone better. She greeted us with a cold drink and a delicious cake and then showed us the room. Explained everything and then let us get comfortable. We could easily walk to the lake in 10 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and ice cream shops around. We always stayed at Marga Beach (13 Euro for beds and umbrella for the whole day). The breakfast was excellent everyday. You got freshly made eggs and orange juice. You got to choose how much cheese and sausage you wanted, order drinks as much as you wanted. Simply perfect and delicious! Paola was very attentive and we were so happy to see her everyday and talk about our plans for the day, she always had nice recommendations for us. The housekeeping was extraordinary, everything was always clean and all the toiletries were restocked when empty. One of the best things we had here (which more hotels and b&b's should have, really) is a common area with free water, coffee and fruit for the guests. We were so grateful for this service.

I would absolutely recommend staying here, if you get the chance! I just want to give an honest review: There is a busy road next to the hotel. It was quite noisy during the night and during the morning hours so we had to close the windows and sleep with the air conditioning on. But the windows are absolutely noise canceling, so that really solved the problems.

The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have ever enjoyed. The outdoor shaded patio area in which breakfast is served was beautiful and perfect for the weather during our stay. We frequently used the area for a late evening cup of tea and cake . It was great. And of course the Pia and all the staff were superb. It's just a few minutes stroll to the centre of Desenzano and to the lake side.

The only criticism I have of the whole experience was that the bedroom was somewhat small and the shelf/drawer space for storage of cloths etc was less than ideal. But this is a minor criticism

AAA++++++ totally amazing property - the best we stayed in in the whole of Italy ! Great team running it , from check in of Aperitvo in the lovely courtyard , lots of information shared, super super clean rooms, daily room service, comfortable beds, tea and coffee and snacks available, FABULOUS breakfast every day all home made with so much choice ( I wish I could of had more of it ha ha ) and their willingness to go above and beyond THANK YOU Pia and your team for making our last days in Italy so special xxxx

It is a perfect place in every detail. We travel a lot and it will be for sure in our top. The room was extremely clean. Very good pillows in assortment. All the needed things included. Very good a la cart breakfast with many hot and cold choices, watermelon, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastry. Welcome drinks on arrival. Cute guest room with drinks and fruit. Free minibar. Nice garden with lights in the evening. We will come back! Thank you Pia and your helpers!

It is impossible to find anything bad there. Those who do, just are in a bad mood :)

The location was ideal and less than a 5 minute walk into the main area in Dezenzano. Breakfast was very good always and Paola gave us great variety every day for our week. She really couldn't have done enough for us and gave us information about areas of interest to visit. Pia organized a wine tasting for us and we have a great morning there, sampling all the Italian wines. Our room was cleaned daily. It is a small boutique B&B and nothing was a problem.

There was very little not to like.

This team are fantastic at Residenza Elisa. On arrival we where greeted with a glass of prosecco and the Fridge in the room was stocked with complimentary drinks. Breakfast was superb with a great variety available. The room was also great, well appointed and immaculate. The accommodation is well located in the centre of this great resort

Excellent find - would highly recommend! Pia is a wonderful host - she is very welcoming, enjoyed a drink during the check in process & provided good information. Plentiful breakfast and very comfortable beds.

The room was a little bit of a squeeze, but considering that we didn't spend much time there from exploring the lake it didn't matter too much.

A little bit of heaven on earth! Bright, stylish & peaceful! Attention to detail was exceptional! Everything to make a stay comfortable & memorable! Pia and staff most welcoming and attentive to all needs. Breakfasts delicious & so much to choose from! Perfect location only 6 minute walk to lakeside & boat terminal! Thank YOU!

Pia and her team were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the lake. Breakfast was also very good, with a great choice of freshly made items. The whole guesthouse was spotlessly clean.

Nothing, we had a lovely stay!

The hotel was amazing and the staff even more exceptional. They ensured our room was clean and ready to allow us to have an early check in. The room was spacious and the bed and pillow were really comfy. I would higher recommend this property.

The curtains were a little small so some light came through which wasn’t an issue for us but might have been for people who like to lie in.
