Lovely recently restored hotel in the centre of town. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was peaceful. It is a modern hotel in terms of its interior. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space though they aren’t massive. The location is perfect - in the very centre of Domodossola, about a one minute walk from the beautiful piazza (probably the most atmospheric and appealing piazza we have ever come across in Italy). Make sure you visit the vegan restaurant Sali & Pistacch - amazing foot and wine there. There is parking in a secure underground garage at an additional cost of €10 per night. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy and feels very classy.

We didn’t attempt to cook whilst there as there are so many fantastic restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel; however, if we had tried to do so I think the kitchen was perhaps a bit small. There is no oven - just a microwave and a twin induction hob. Probably fine for quick pasta dishes but nothing much more than that I would say. We knew this before we booked so wasn’t a negative for us - we always planned to eat out anyway.

The place was great, but....the directions and access by car was a nightmare! If only it was explained better that is is situated in a PEDESTRIAN area and not accessible by car, it would of made things so much easier as my satnav kept sending me in a no go area!! Then I found out I could of paid and parked in the building after all, as it happened I had to wake up at 7am to feed a car park meter!! NOT Happy!

The lady not meeting us and letting me walk around asking locals where the place was! Plus it was pouring down with rain and had to carry all my luggage from a remote car park after a very long and strenuous drive from Macon France!

The instalations are incredible, super comfy and above everything the hotel is super clean. It's really easy to access, just a few blocks from the train station which was great for us as it was our way of transportation. There's an elevator, we found several places across Italy that do not have one so this is a huge plus if you carry big luggage. The staff was great, always responding to all my concerns via the booking chat option. And when we finally arrived to the hotel we got to met Margherita, best hotel staff member we met during hour whole trip. Btw she speaks english among other languages which is amazing if you only grasp a few Italian words like myself. Thanks for everything! Martin and Natalia.

Our stay in the quaint village of Domodossola was wonderful. The village was alive with the polenta festival when we arrived with so much fun spilling into the otherwise quiet and peaceful area. The location for Domus Residence was perfect and the customer service was kind. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable--and the price was unbeatable. Great location for exploring further into Verbano-Cusio-Ossola.

The whole property was well kept and secure. The check in staff were pleasant. Our room was spacious and very clean. It all looked very new. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice also. We even had a balcony. It was a nice touch to have some fruit provided. The location was great, with the train station, shops and restaurants all close. It was well priced and good value for money. We would definitely stay here again to see more of the surrounding area.

The communication about the possibility to check in later than 6 PM was a bit unclear. Initially I received a message that we could not check in after 6 PM. After I replied that we were not able to check in earlier, we received a message that it was possible after all. Eventually it all turned out well, so not a big problem!

Absolutely a beautiful, comfortable room. Luxurious shower and bathroom. Lovely bed linens. Everything spotless. Lovely toiletries. A most wonderful stay. And all of this for a reasonable price. You would pay more than double the price in a large city. Wonderful staff reception. Should you decide to go to Domodossola, plan to stay here. You won’t be disappointed, you’ll be spoiled.

In a very attractive building and situated very conveniently for exploring Domodossola. The interior was very clean and stylish.

We only stayed for a night, for a longer stay I would have struggled a little with the lighting as it was quite dark in the evening. Also for a longer stay, especially if you are here for a walking holiday, I would have wanted a little comfortable sofa in the room.

The property was beautiful! Very clean and modern.

In two of our rooms the air conditioners didn’t work and the host couldn’t get them fixed because it was the weekend. So it was very uncomfortable because the weather was very hot and humid. Otherwise the property was amazing!

It was super clean and they greeted us with fruits on the table. They couldn't check us in because it was late but the next day when we asked for options to eat and drink, they gave us a list of good suggestions. They had a luggage storage which was very convenient and their hotel was very near the train station. The room is even nicer than the pictures and the bathroom was huge.
