Grand Hotel Dino

The breakfast was good, the room was nice and the lake view was totally amazing. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean.

But... Being a 4 star hotel and paying almost 400€ per night, you would have expected more. For example, it seemed, that the hotel wanted to charge extra from everything. Gym would have cost 12€/person, basic sauna also 12€/person, to get glasses to your room was 5€ etc. Well, the inside swimming pool was free. There was also construction work going on in the inner garden, so there was some noise and the outside pools was not in use. And, somehow we got the feeling that most of the personnel didn't like their job and they were not there for the customers. In the 4 star hotel, you would expect great service and very friendly personnel. Because of this, I don't think we're going to visit this hotel anymore, as there are many other options in the near area.

The hotel itself was great, location was very close to the train station also to the public boats to go to the islands. The facilities inside are perfect for a short get-away. Pool has an amazing atmosphere of old roman styled baths and the rooms where a good size and very comfortable with great views.

There were two small things that would make it all the better, one - wifi has a 1gb limit which you have to go to reception on case you want to extend it (in today's world in Europe it doesn't make much sense) And the fridge is opened via key card, which needs to be activated. Otherwise, it was incredible.

Everything! The location is just perfect! On the lake. With an open swimming pool and private beach on the lake. Boats transport for visiting the islands just outside the gate. The hotel itself is a beautiful classic atmosphere. With a super kind and friendly reception staff members. We took junior suite for a family of 4, and it's was perfect! Beautiful big room with big double bed and 2 additional sofa beds, comfortable, room big and clean, TV, small mini bar, big wardrobe area. Two small balconies make a very romantic atmosphere. Our room was on the mountain view side, and i loved it. Fresh breeze in the morning and very calm. Big bathroom with separate bath and shower. Heated insidepool , gym, spa, restaurant, underground parking. We loved everything about our stay. Our stay was unforgettable.

The place was very pretty and the setting on the lake, especially the view from our balcony, was excellent. Also, the breakfast was excellent for already being included. Huge buffet with everything you could really want. Beds are decent--nothing special but the pillows were good and it's basically 2 twin beds pushed together (so many older european hotels do this) so you have plenty of space but you do have to avoid the 'crack' in the middle. The bar & restaurant were both nice if a lil overpriced but that's hotel dining everywhere. Overall a great place and very legit for the price.

All small things. The parking garage was extremely tight & $19 (euros)/night is pretty steep since there are NO other options. The room was nice just a bit narrow (felt almost like a grand converted steamer ship) and a bit tight at times to have 2 adults w/ large suitcases. And the shower door leaked and they weren't able to fix it, so really the only option was to wedge about 7 bidet towels along the seam, which worked, but was silly to have to do. The entire place is just a little...dated. Which mostly charming, really, but also tricky when you're, say, looking for electric outlets to charge a phone.

This hotel is amazing! The room was very beautiful decorated and the mountain view was very nice also! I loved how comfy the bed was and also the sheets! The breakfast is fantastic! And the view from the breakfast room is breath taking. Moreover, the hotel facilities are very varied… there is literally nothing more one can wish! I trully recommend this hotel!

Amazingly clean, stunning location, pool not too crowded, staff friendly, great breakfast (catering well for gluten free), rooms serviced daily, lunchtime pool bar menu nice.

Only one restaurant with limited menu for evening, drinks very expensive

- the quality of services is not stable: many of team members are clearly unexperienced, unprofessional and simply unkind, others are OK, but no particularly careful. It was not really disturbing to us, but might be a problem for other people - rooms in main building are very "classic style", but nice, clean and well maintained while room in annex we have been given at the begining was just a design nightmare

Everything was perfect. It's the second time for us and I can't recommend this hotel enough. The facilities are beautiful, the personnel very kind and helpful, the restaurant is top notch. In addition to last year's stay we had the wonderful surprise of a new pool which is absolutely fantastic.

That we had to leave so soon.

The hotel staff was extremelly friendly and helpful. Location is exceptionally beautiful.

The breakfast could be better for the price. We were disappointed by the facilities to use artificial grass in the whole areal. Artificial grass doesnt match the elegant facilities and hotel standart.
