Very good pistachio croissant every breakfast 😊 Hotel is 5 min from beach, on the way back to hotel is up to the hill so good cardio. Pool was good, water clean. Half week there was swimming lessons for kids, so there was just half pool available, but still ok for us. Personal was nice. Breakfast everyday same some kind of ham, cheese, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and many types of croissants. Beds are comfortable, house keepers also very nice. And we got rooms with nice view on see and balcony. Free parking also big advantage.

On arrival in Falconara we started the 15 minute walk, the first part was flat but as we turned the corner the hotel was situated at the top of a steep hill at this point called the hotel and they sent a car to pick us up. You can call from the station and they will pick you up. Staff were very nice, one in particular called Massimo, he was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Room was large and clean and maids attended everyday. The breakfast was excellent, buffet style, self service there were cold meats, cheese, fruits, cereal and pastries, facilities for coffee to self serve or you could order by waitress. On site restaurant was also very nice so you ate outside by the pool. Would definitely stay there again if visiting the area in the future. Five star service well done

The large hill to get to the Hotel.

This is a classic "old style" hotel - in the best of ways. Spacious lobby and dining room, the rooms are also spacious. The pool was perfect for our family - we had two grandchildren with us and they were in the pool all day, and the following day, too. We were allowed to continue to use the pool after we checked out, because our continued trip didn't begin until the late afternoon. This was very kind of the hotel staff.

The room was very large, very clean and had all the facilities we needed. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good choice and coffee refills. The staff wery cheery and helpful. The swimming pool was a good size with an attendant. There were sun loungers, tables and chairs around the edge and a small bar serving drinks. All in all it was a lovely stay and we would definitely visit again. The evening meals, although not an exhaustive menu, were very tasty and good quality.

excelent service - at the reception desk the guy was very helpful, had reserved a table at the restaurant near by even if it was impossible, cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. Hotel few minutest from the sea. Unfortunately at the end taxi didn’t come so the hotel helped with that also.

perhaps the bathroom could be renovated in future.

Rich breakfast with a lot of options. Friendly staff. Clean and big room.

Location. If it was closer to centre of Ancona would be much better. It's 15-20 min by bus to Ancona.

Best place for an overnight stay. Located up on the hill. We had a room with a sea view (422). Breakfast as expexted (typically Italian). Kind and helpfull staff (greetings to Alicja) Good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beds could use an upgrade. Not very comfortable. The key fob is far too big.
