Hotel Palazzo Vannoni

Incredible hotel in an old palace from the early 20th century. The rooms are huge, with painted roofs. There is a convenient parking area, and the location is magnificent, walking distance from the beach, train station, and restaurants. The friendly approach of Alberto, Elisa and Francesca, as well as the whole staff is unique, and makes the stay more special.

The stairway to get to the reception level can be a problem to people with mobility limitations, but it did not affected at all my family passion for the hotel.

Alberto is a super host! A former BMW motorcycle racer, his enthusiasm and conviviality made are stay pleasant and easy- He is a great resource for the Cinque Terre area and local restaurants recommendations. He even made are dinner reservations for us - we can’t say enough about him and his wonderful staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back-

1. No elevator but soon to be installed 2. Second floor rooms had low floor level windows. 3. Although you can hang out in the dining room,there is not a couch lobby for sitting.

The location is perfect. We had quiet bright corner room with two windows . Comfortable bed, free tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was so delicious made only with excelent quality ingrediens. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Safe parking place . We recomend to booked beach umbrella and sun beds . There is nice convenient beach suitable for childrens. We would come back again.

There are some stairs to get to the reception but the manager helped us with our luggage.

Our stay at Palazzo Vannoni was very pleasant. Great communication, welcome, information about equipment and possibilities in the hotel, accurate information about the surroundings and excursions. Francesca gave us great restaurant advice. Breakfast in the hotel is varied, tasty, made from fresh ingredients. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, spacious enough. Great location in the center of Levanto. We definitely recommend and want to come back again.

I cannot recommend Hotel Palazzo Vannoni enough. Alberto, Fabiana, and staff were beyond kind and more than eager to help. Their recommendations were 10/10 for how we might best enjoy our time in Levanto, where to eat and more, and were happy to book reservations for us as needed. Aside from the fantastic staff, we enjoyed the daily breakfast and the central location to points of interest. If you are fortunate enough to book a room at Palazzo Vannoni then you should absolutely take advantage of the graciousness of the staff.

We had a room with a bed upstairs. The room was amazing and big but the a/c didn't preform to our standards at night so we slept just a little warm. But that's only if I'm picky.

Brilliant staff, nice room on cramped middle floor in old "pallacio", top floor would have been wonderful. Very nice people. Town wonderful wind (and rain) swept, with a stonking wave front, 30+ boarders in the worst weather, 4-5 foot swell. Path over the passs to Monterosso Sul Mare the best part of whole Cinque Terre path. Rises steeply, mostly treelines scree path, gorgous, to a promontory over Monterosso, seemingly underfoor, brilliant view in the sunshine.

Liked the position, a walk to most places in Levanto. Breakfast was fantastic and would please everyone with plenty of options. Rooms were much nicer then the photos online. The room we had was newly updated. Could not fault this accommodation if you are going to Levanto.

Flight of stairs before entering the hotel but this is most places in Italy. Don't be discouraged hotel is definitely worth it.

Lovely hotel with even lovelier staff. ! I stayed with my sister in June and Alberto and Fabiana were so helpful with restaurant and excursion bookings. The breakfast staff went above and beyond and made sure we never ran low on tea or coffee, in particular Francesa was fantastic and made us a packed breakfast for our early train journey on our last day! Would highly recommend this hotel in beautiful Levanto. Great base to explore Cinque Terre out of the busy towns.

The service was amazing. Not just while we were there but before we checked in Elisa reached out. Once we arrived Francesca was so thoughtful in helping us navigate our way around cinque de terra and best places to eat in Levanto. I highly recommend it and was one of our favorite and top places my daughters (age 13 and 15) and I stayed while in Europe!

Excellent location in the heart of town very close to all the shops and wonderful restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff Alberto Eliza and Francesca were all very helpful with questions and organizing activities. I recommend this place and would stay here again.
