La Terra Dei Sogni Country Hotel

Great hotel with everything you need. Room was climate controlled with balcony. Amazing view of if Etna from the front of the hotel (reception side). Surrounding citrus trees are beautiful, full of bird song in the morning. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Best breakfast we'd had -- cooked savoury and sweet options. Secure location with plenty of parking.

It's hard to complain about such a nice place but here goes:- You would need to drive if you don't want to eat on site . No kettle in the room but was given a coffee at reception. Beds are a little hard.

Breakfast was very good, but the same every day. Very nice things, everyone was very friendly. Pool was very clean and not crowded also children playground was quite good. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Food was delicious and prices compared to Taormina or some "over the sea" restaurants was even lower.

Our terrace was a little bit dirty during our whole stay, it was impossible to walk there barefoot or only in socks. Also the shower in our room was strange, the water temperature was fluctuating. For a few seconds the water was ok and then for 1-2 seconds it was really hot, almost impossible to stand it.

La Terra dei Sogni is strategically located within easy reach from Catania Airport, Taormina and Etna. The hotel/agriturismo is located in lush beauty and the area is very peaceful. There are also a couple of nearby towns were you can experience local Sicilian life. Staff were always extremely helpful and caring with the kids. Our Room (No. 4) was extremely clean and housekeeping is top notch. Bfast is abundant and very good. Our room had a large terrace opening directly to the pool area. We also had dinner and the food is to die for - try the Gnocchi with pistacchio and guanciale!! Parking is safe. This hotel is highly recommended for families as rooms are large and offer 2 bedrooms. One note for couples - expect children noises around the hotel especially near the pool. Will see us again

Room 4 has very poor Wifi connection. Otherwise I have nothing to complain!

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and big. Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was good and having a restaurant for dinner is a plus. Overall very nice and good experience. Having a playground where kids can have some fun is a plus and fantastic to all the families with children. Having a parking inside the property where you can leave the car in a safe place is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, especially in Summer to enjoy the facilities.

Needs to refine in a few areas of the property. Wifi could be better.

Swimming Pool was very clean and big enough for our expectations. Breakfast was very good and rooms were very clean . It is a good place to relax and spend all day by the pool. Even the lunch and dinner was excellent.

WIFI inside rooms could be better. Breakfast toaster is not practical, the handles become very hot and takes very long. 1st night we were logged at IL GIARDINO DEI SOGNI instead of LA TERRA DEI SOGNI which is different. When we spoke with the manager we were told that it is the same. It is not the same because it is on the opposite side of the road, bigger and quieter. The day after we had to be transferred to where we have booked because the room that we have booked was occupied by other personnel. Thats why he was trying to convince us that they are the same. Even the breakfast is different.

The overall experience was really good. Staff were very helpful and went an extra mile for us - even ordering take away pizza on our first night on our behalf as the kitchen was shut. The pool was lovely. It’s a very good base for visiting local gems - Taormina / Etna and nearby beaches.

We were a bit disappointed that there was not enough space for three of us to unpack our suitcases. It would also be good to have a safe in the room. Having said that the place felt very safe.

This is a beautiful country hotel situated in a perfect location and views of Mount Etna.The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.The rooms were clean and well-maintained.The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Walter the restaurant manager is very professional and committed to his job. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. Good private parking. Highly recommend!

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sicily. The hotel has an excellent location that is easily accessible by car. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic view of Mount Etna from my room - it was truly magical! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after the official check-in time during the night, but it was no issue at all. The rooms at the hotel may not be the most modern ones, but they are well-maintained and spacious. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also fantastic, with a variety of pastries and fresh juices available. The coffee served at the reception was also tasty and helped to start my day off on the right foot. Another standout feature of the hotel was the beautiful orange garden, which was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, I would rate my stay at this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. The combination of a great location, stunning views, friendly staff, excellent amenities, and comfortable rooms made for an unforgettable experience.

This is our second stay in this Country Hotel. The staff is always there to assist you with any problem you might encounter immediately. Breakfast was superb, room very comfortable, WiFi works fine. Pool is clean and sunbeds in shade under tents. After a long trip you have dinner with good food and entertainment. Location is perfect few kilometres away from top Sicily attractions. For sure we will visit once again.

Exceptional location, with direct view to Edna volcano. Very easy to travel to Naxos and Taormina if you have a rented car. Great facilities, very nice pool and sun beds with 24h access. Nice terrace around pool where you can spend some relaxing time. A very big plus for breakfast - was high over expectations, especially for Italy where "colazzione" is usually poor. :) Very kind and helpful staff.
