Spinerola Hotel in Cascina & Restaurant Uvaspina

The entire Hotel is impeccable! The owner is constantly there and it shows the amount of care she has dedicated to the place. The staff is attentive and entire surroundings are beautiful. the pool is a very nice feature in hot summer days!

my only commentary is that Room M, located on the second floor, gets too hot, even with the AC on. my recommendation would be to have a fan installed for the extremely hot days like the ones we experienced. the hotel staff acknowledged the issue and made amends, but tue issue remains.

Tranquility, location and the pool. The staff, from management, to waiting staff to domestic staff were all polite, professional and friendly at all times. We would definitely return.

Wonderful location with wonderful staff. A quiet and secluded area with many little corners and nooks on site where you can enjoy some quiet time and wonderfully de-stress. The food is absolutely wonderful. Chef Nico is aiming for a michelin star and in our opinion on the best way there :) Definitely also recommend trying the wines they produce and taking a box or two home. They make for great gifts and the quality is amazing.

The wines are so good, if you gift/serve them to your friends after returning, they will constantly ask for more. :) No real negative points.

Garden looking a little tired - was late August though. Breakfast underwhelming - particularly after the meal the night before - day old bread!

I really liked the staff super friendly. The pool was clean and had an amazing view. The restaurant was fantastic with great food. The breakfast was also very good. With excellent coffee as you would expect in Italy.

I didn't like that water was not complementary, in fact it was 2-3 € per 0.3L bottle. We tried to buy water from the super market, but still ended up paying 30-40€ at checkout. The pool was closed after 7pm, so if you wanted to go Swimming at night, this was not possible.

We only stayed for one day but the countryside is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Must visit the town of Moncalvo right next to it. Beautiful town and nice people.
