Vercelli Palace Hotel

The rooms were very clean, warm and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The staff were largely friendly and accommodating. The selection at breakfast was decent, with lots of pastries and fruit to choose from. There were plenty of clean towels, and there was a warm blanket in the wardrobe. The location was ideal for our needs; we are a family of walkers, and the town centre was a 15/20 minute walk away.

The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. The toiletries were a bit basic for a 4-star hotel; there was no conditioner and the shampoo was a combo shampoo and shower gel. The rooms were not sound-proofed to the point that you could hear guests in other rooms using their bathroom facilities. At breakfast, you had to ask for coffee or tea rather than it being freely available.

Breakfast was good and included with the price! Eggs were better some days and better selection of fruit on some mornings compared to others. Very clean hotel though and the rooms are really spacious! The shower was lovely with good water pressure and always hot water. Perfect for location as it’s close to the centre by foot.

It’s quite noisy at times. You can hear other guests in their bedrooms, I could hear someone in the shower and then using the bathroom so it wouldn’t feel very private if you went there for a romantic getaway !

It was our 3rd night of our 21-day cycle tour, Via Francigena, from Gran Bernardo to Rome. Shower was perfect, good beds. They allowed us to safely store our bikes in our bedroom. Our room was on a high floor so we could sleep with the window open and fresh air, without being bothered by mosquitoes. Air conditioning was available, but we are not fans of that. Breakfast was good.

Nothing to mention, everything as expected.

It's let down by poor restaurant in the evening. I was very happy with breakfast, just the evening meals are not to the standard I would expect from such a nice hotel. There's also not any restaurants within walking distance, so you have to drive to get a good meal

We couldn't expect more to rest during the long drive. I found this place to be great: 5 minutes from the motorway, easy to find, has its own spacious parking lot, breakfast included. We arrived at 1 am and after a few minutes we got our room. From now on I will always keep this hotel in mind because I like to stay on the way to rest without any problems.

The bathroom facilities don’t work effectively enough

the property was good for the money free parking and good location for driving towards Milan or Venezia . the place provides space to rest

Very nice location, easy to get to centre by car. Breakfast as always is lovely and included in the price of the room which is great. Lovely view from window being on 6th floor

Shower didn't work due well during peak times due to lack of pressure being on the 6th floor, shower shelf was not screwed onto wall well, so couldn't be used as a shelf

extremely nice and available staff and very comfortable room . excellent food and breakfast

The only inconvenient thing was the house keeping staff who were too noisy cleaning the rooms so early in the morning, 7.30. I wish I could have slept longer as I had a business meeting in the late morning and I arrived late the night before. I told the receptionist about that, anyway

very nice and clean hotel with a good location in Vercelli. Very clean and beautiful breakfast also and very comfortable room.

The only thing me and my husband we didn’t like was one of the receptionist (lady) was very rood and not helpful at all

The room was a nice size, had a big window. Bathroom was quite big. We were allowed to check in at midnight, which was great.

Breakfast did not have any hot food, no bacon, no nothing, only scrambled egg.
