Nice staff, eventually good new room
We first ended up in an extremely old room feels like youre in a hospice horrible, old and it smells bad. We had to pay extra to book an ugrade. That room was absolutely perfect day and night difference so avoid the old rooms at all costs if you can. @hotel please update old rooms asap

Peaceful, wonder views, great restaurants nearby and very helpful staff. Poolside restaurant was wonderful, breakfast excellent but we never made it to the inside restaurant in the evenings. Spa and staff excellent.

The pools and the spa are the best things of this hotel and it worth a stay just for this. The hotel is very nice, clean and in a nice position. The parking is available for free and the wellness are is huge and very well structured.
The staff is not always very professional or kind, sometimes they were a bit rude or they seemed very tired and not very willing to help. The breakfast was not super various, at least for the salty part. The water wasn't include in the half board nor in the restaurant neither in the room.
