I Vivai

Beautiful property with nice Tuscan landscaping and pool area. We enjoyed the nature inside and outside the property! Staff was very helpful and kind - restaurant staff very attentive. Food and coffee were delicious. Even though they were preparing for a private evening event, they still let us use the pool area after we already checked-out and took care of us. Our chihuahua dog was impressed by the beautiful grass! :)

Our personal preference is a fully self-served breakfast instead of a combination of a buffet and a la carte options, but the food was great.

Rooms were nicely decorated. Staff was extremely helpful. Especially Simone has done it’s utmost to provide the best service experience we had at the hotel and outside of it! Hotel is just newly opened and it has so much class and style. We stayed in a suite and I can’t imagine a better room than this. Will definitely come back again.

Location of the hotel is sadly in a small town where there is not that much around and it takes you 1,5 hours to go to Florence with the public transportation. Therefore the hotel makes at this point an excellent place as stopover or to enjoy your peace and quiet. Note; the hotel will broaden their facilities in the coming months.

completely new hotel, designed, with great big outside swimming pool. amazing restaurant with Italian cuisine but not so obvious, and wine cellar, with huge choice of wine, not only Italian. possible to have wine tasting etc. great staff, both in the restaurant and reception. special thanks to Marco, who makes us feel like home (speaks Swedish). we definitely will come back.

we both are no smokers, so it was not enjoyable to eat in the bar, when all around smokes. you can’t smell the food. cigarettes pimps on the grass

The stay was perfect, we were here for second time. Personal is nice and helpful. Room are nice and clean. The pool with bar is good place to stay during the day. Room service is fine. Large variety of wine (also option to buy).

The breakfast can be more various, more option to choose, add vegetable, etc. The Pool is perfect but as other already said, the Pool is attanding by local and it is more crowded by local then people from hotel. Dinner at hotel is tasty but not for every day eating.

I liked how respectful the staff was, always ready to help with anything and overall very friendly and nice! The room was also cleaned everyday to perfection👌🏻

The only thing that I actually didn’t like was the fact that the room was much smaller in person than on the presented pictures - it was still very cozy and beautiful but I expected it to be bigger.

This hotel was an oasis in the middle of nowhere and provided a welcome break from the summer heat. It's brand new, the pool area is great, food and service were outstanding. In short, a great stay. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

It's off the beaten path, so if you want action and urban vibes, go elsewhere. If you need downtime, enjoy fine dining and nature, go to I Vivai.

The location is perfect for a tour of tuscany, all the smaller cities are close for a short trip, Allesandro was perfect and always there if we needed something, great staff all around, clean cozy rooms. For our next trip to tuscany and Firenze we'll choose Ivivai sure again. Grazie a tutti 👍

We literally liked everything about it! bed and pillows were comfortable, the breakfast was really good quality and tasty, there was homemade cakes. The pool is so beautifully designed and it’s heated! landscaping was being done newly but there were beautiful flowers, olive trees etc.. we will definitely stay there again!

Really good place to stay if you want visit Tuscany + CinqueTerre. Staff really flexible and kind. Special thanks for the man in charge of the bar next to the swimming pool. Food is really good. We loved our stay (2 adults + 1 baby)

Breakfast could be more diverse specially when you stay 7 days in the Hotel.

The stuff is very friendly and cooperative. They assisted with any request and question. The interior decoration is very nice - new and modern. Breakfast is good.

The hotel and the surrounding does not provide Tuscan rural atmosphere. It is quite close to a main road, which is convenient but does not provide Tuscan hilly view.
