Caravel Bike Hotel

location near to lake garda and in Torbole with some good restaurants and shops around the corner; large & good breakfast buffet (for every choice and taste 👌); 2 bike depots (with camera); for free parking directly on the hotel

for parking could be a bit more space (tight parking slots) and especially for arrival/departure should be a fixed area with only short-term parking for fitting the bikes on the car and so on… but there is also another good alternative parking area appox 200m from the hotel

The hotel was incredible. The front desk staff were extremely wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen - you will want for nothing! The room was clean and well designed to maximize the space with lots of amenities. The location is also excellent for biking, the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else you might like to visit in the area. The views surrounding the hotel are breathtaking as well.

The only critique (which is not against the hotel), is the parking situation was congested and a little bit stressful. The hotel staff has an excellent system to manage the chaos but upon first arriving, it was intimidating.

Hotel is in a central position to reach all the parts of the village. The Hotel is easy to reach and with plenty of parking spots in a double row. Parking wall side you can keep the car keys, parking street side you have to hand over the keys at the reception to allow the other cars getting out. I've counted at least 50 parking spots around the hotel and the reception informed me they have an agreement with a restaurant nearby with extra parking space. This is important to know when you're moving in Italy middle of August where all the locations are packed. We got a present at our arrival with the upgrade of the room with the garden view. The room was big enough, clean and with big bathroom with shower. After the first night we have asked for additional pillows and our request got immediately accomplished. Breakfast is huge with all the possible dishes you can ask for a breakfast, Italian and international. All the staff super friendly and eager to help, from the reception to the breakfast room. We didn't use the pool, the bike facilities and the restaurant but they are definitely a plus.

Fantastic Breakfast buffe with the best staff:) always smiling and catered for all your needs. Easy access to lake and all restaurants. Reception and bar staff were super friendly and made me very welcome. Barman needs to get better at backgammon:) air conditioning was perfect in room. Roberto always made me laugh.

Cycle room needs improvement, very crowded with bikes. The manager did say they were looking at improving the bike room size. Would be good with some sort of washing line on balconies to be able to hang up beach towels etc…

I loved bike facilities. Location is great and staff is super nice! Love breakfasts variety of tastes and very good Italian coffee.

First poor Wifi quality, in the floors signal was very weak, and login/creating account to login is very old fashion, further more this is not supported by other devices like bike computers. Second of all water in the pool was so cold that we couldn't swim for more then couple seconds, even my kinds could stay there. Yes there is a pool, but it's not very useful. Third of all reception should be 24/7 especially if we need to leave key to our car for parking organization.

Very friendly personnel in all areas of the hotel, well located to reach the city centre as well as start hike or bike tours towards the wonderful mountain area or around the lake. It was outstanding how passionate the hotels worker were in sharing and suggesting tours, must seen spots as well as restaurants or wines, considering personal preferences [Big thanks to Roberto, you really made our vacation with your recommendations :)]. We also liked the breakfast and the aperitivo at the bar, both having a lot of options. Very well organized and equipped in regards to storing bikes. We will come again.

The comfortable room , location close to lots of restaurants bars and shops also the lake. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

When we booked hotel facilities said the restaurant would be available for evening meals.Only the pool bar was opened for lunches.

It's a perfect place for going to Torbole. 1. Delicious breakfast 2. Big room 3. Very kindly staff!!! 4. Comfortable and safe place to store your bike 5. Location - very close to shops and restaurant. Easy to leave the city for a bike ride. 6. Little pool in the garden - perfect for the small kids or to relax after sport. Definately worth coming back again.

Breakfast you say... so this CoVID 19 situation is causing all the hoteliers some additional work and troubles. They have to serve all the food that is not prepacked. And that of course causes some delays. But, nevertheless.. the service is good, quick, food is good, various... definetly yes..

Hm, have to think really... can not find such thing so far..
