Residence Centro Vela

Great location, close to the lake and the promenade by the lake and close to the center. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with good food and service. I especially liked that the host did not charge us for parking within the hotel even though it was stated to be paid. It may be charged when the season is high.

The only small complaint is that there was no hot water in the unit. Since we stayed one night, we didn’t react. For basic necessities one evening and the next morning was no problem. I believe that we reacted with the hosts, that the problem would be solved.

The staff was excellent, the room was quite large, there is an elevator in the building. Also, it is great, that the bikes can be taken to the room.

- The breakfast seemed somewhat plain, which is the reason why we did not take it a went elsewhere. - The additional beds (including sofa) in the "living room" were OKeish, but not great. It was not a major problem, but I see some room for improvement ... :) - I believe the reception desk has a limited hours during the day, please check and plan accordingly.

The apartment is nice clean and well equipped, the view to the lake is beautiful We got a free parking space even though the booking stated that parking is for fee

The mattress .., a mattress with springs that I personally was less comfortable with We were unable to connect to the Wifi and there was no reception staff to contact

My daughter and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Central Velo. Due to unforeseen circumstances we arrived very late at 23.45. An earlier phone call ensured that we were able to gain entry very easily. My daughter and I were delighted with the apartment, having the luxury of separate comfortable beds in 2 rooms. The living room/kitchen was lovely as we were able to have breakfast and snacks throughout the evening. Central Velo is only a short walk from the harbour and it's restaurants and activities. We would have loved to spend more time in Central Velo and Riva del Garda, we hope to return.

There was nothing to dislike.

Amazing lake view, the room was very comfortable and was fully equipped. Perfect both for a short and a long stay.

Wi-fi connection could have been better.

We have stayed at a family 4 times in the past and have always had friends staying in other apartments at the same time which make it really fun. The rooms are clean, functional with good views even if mountain and not lake side. I love the bikes that are available to residents on a 1st come 1st serve basis. It is also great to have the option of being self catered or to take advantage of breakfast being available, additionally the pizza restaurant is really excellent and friendly but if you want to go in to the old part of town it is not far. The staff at Centro Vela are fabulous, super helpful and always friendly - Debora in particular really makes the stay memorable and is a star.

Residence Centro Vela is at a perfect location, nearby the lake with beautiful panoramic view. The city centre is just a walk away, about 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants and gelaterias around. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with everything that could be needed. The reception staff, the two ladies and the guy at the breakfast is also very professional, helpful and kind. Highly recommended accomodation, I hope we can return soon!

Everything was just perfect!

We had a fabulous stay here; amazing location basically on the waterfront with free city bikes to use where we had a lovely 10min ride along the waterfront into the very centre. Close to lots of the beaches and plenty of eateries for all occasions nearby. We had a newly renovated apartment that was very spacious with a huge terrace and all the necessary facilities. Staff were SO friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. This will definitely be our go to place in Riva from now on; it was hard to leave.

Nothing

New, clean rooms with air con. TV in both rooms. The garage was large enough for our family bus. Very close to the beach. Breakfast. There was even a cushion and a bowl for our dog.

There is a bar downstairs. I went there for a beer, waited for over 15 minutes and no one come to serve me. I even asked if it is self service. At the end, I walked over the street to another bar.

The room was great and had all facilities we needed, everything was clean and there was also parking place in the building and on the street. We got an upgrade to a room with the lake view for free which was nice of them to do :) The location was also good- a few min walk to the lake and restaurants in the area
